I was really pleased with this purchase! I received my puzzle sooner than expected, and the image looked clear, and the pieces are of good quality. My only concern is that the box it arrived in seemed a little chincy, and I'm concerned pieces might fall out of it when they're not in a bag. This was a gift, and the recipient hasn't put the puzzle together yet, so I'll update the review when that happens.

This was a gift for my brother and sister in law of their wedding picture. They loved it. Picture quality was great and pieces were good quality and fit together well.

Easy to order and a wonderfully personal way to show love and remembrance of people and pets. I ordered this for my son, an avid “puzzler,” who recently lost his dog to cancer. Seeing my son’s face light up when he opened the gift was worth all 5 stars. Quality puzzle, dog image very clear.

Original post I complained about a missing piece of the puzzle. I was sad to,learn they couldn’t just send the piece but offered a discount on the item. After spending a long time,on the puzzle, that didn’t help me much.Long story short, the piece was located in my living room…puzzle was never there so it wasn’t combed through during the search. I had just taken the puzzle apart. The puzzle was printed nicely and colors great. But many of the pieces fit in several spots making it difficult.

It turned out so amazing!!!

My boyfriend loved it! Good for an indoor date.
