The media could not be loaded. The colors are really good and I was worried that it would come broken but other than a bit of makeup dust (that are in the pictures) they came out fine. I did find a small scratch on mirror side (there's a picture if you want to see) but it's not on the mirror so it's alright for a first time buy of buying makeup here, I would give this a 4.8 stars out of 5

I saw a lot of reviews of this make up palette coming broken because it didn’t have any cushioning and I am glad I read a lot of them because it prepared me for the worse. One of the shadows came a bit loose but thankfully I was able to push it back into place and the rest of the palette is beautiful. Be warned!!

Colors are very cute on fair skin. I’ve use this pallet before but when I got it from Amazon today, it arrived with one of the colors broken out.

The media could not be loaded. Seems like a great product minus the broken clip.The second pallet looks like a few have been used. Mainly the Sativa shade. Mirror didn't have a protector and the seal on outside was broken.And the third pallet also had broken seals on the cover . Overall I'm happy with them just wish they would have came in perfect new condition. Couldn't gift these products
