I’ve always liked Judge saucepans and this one is really nice. There aren’t many small saucepans of this size other than milk pans but for heating up a single portion of soup or stews it’s just the size I wanted.It’s got a really thick solid base, a good lid with steam vent and an easy grip lid knob that doesn’t get too hot. Too early to tell how well lasting the non stick surface is but have never had an issue before with Judge.

I have always used Judge non stick saucepans for my inductions hob.I usually purchase the enamel non stick ones but I have noticed that the non stick coating is not the same as say, 5 years ago.I tried a few other inductions saucepans before I "splashed out" on these. (I have purchased 2 other saucepan brands that simply did not work on my induction hob - one of which is a lot more expensive) I do not usually spend this much on a single saucepan of this size.I have to have non sticks as I tend to not use much oil when cooking anything.The weight of the saucepan is good for me. The lid is really heavy - so if you are into heavy lids, this is a winner.The non stick coating is the best I have seen from Judge in many years. I have many frying pans of different sizes and quite a few sizes in saucepans.I am very happy with these saucepans. Heated up very quickly and an even distribution, highly recommend.

VERSION: '14 cm/900ml'The following measurements are regarding the saucepan I received, which came with a sample sachet of ‘stainless steel cleaner’:‘14 cm' is the 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 at the top of the shiny finish saucepanThe external base diameter is 𝟭𝟮 𝗰𝗺With rounded sides, the approximate depth is around 6.5 cm overallThe capacity is advertised as ‘900 ml’, but that is the maximum, i.e. filled to the brim!I use it mainly for making sauces or warming milk for the breakfast cereal. It heats evenly 'due to the thick 𝙝𝙤𝙩-𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙙 base'.❗N.B. (images below refer):~ The leaflet (English only) that came with the saucepan states that the black phenolic knob & pan handle are oven safe to 𝟭𝟱𝟬°𝗖 (𝗚𝗮𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝟯/𝟯𝟬𝟬°𝗙), which is different to that quoted in the current product description above.It is not something that I tend to do with this size of saucepan, so it doesn’t trouble me, but may be important to others.✔️Heavier in hand than expected, it sits sturdy on my glass hob. It benefits from ‘𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝘂𝗿™ Stainless Steel reinforced non-stick coating’, as per the easily-removed sticker on the inside of the saucepan.This is a new one to me, so time will tell.Plastic or wooden utensils are 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱, but I think that that is a given with ‘non-stick’ products, by today’s standards. There is a barcode sticker on the base of the saucepan, which is easily removed without leaving sticky residue, in my experience.Attracted by the generous discount (at the time of order), overall I like my new little saucepan and the functionality is as advertised (so far)...if anything changes, I will be back!

Lovely saucepan. Very well made. I just hope non stick is good.

A decent sized pan with a quality finish. Fits a decent amount to make a family meal. Not overly heavy but with good heat distribution and washes well.
