The pictures/video represent this fountain perfectly.
Absolutely love this fountain!!!! The pictures and video show it as is. Someone mentioned the seam between the two pieces. That is not an issue and looks like you see in photos. The stones look real, the pretty water fountain sound is lovely as well as all the light options. Not to mention no light is pretty too. Installing was easy. Totally delighted!!

Day 2 the pumps not working as Day 1
very nice looking, but problems the 2nd day. if I pay over $800 this should be a definite addition. we used this as an add on to the fountain we purchased from Alpine, but after one day the flow is terrible and the pump is not working like day 1. we now have a very slow trickle stream getting worse every day and we are looking for new pumps. This is a problem you should fix or I wont buy your products anymore.

Alpine water fountain.
After adding more water to my fountain it works great now .I love it and it looks great with my flowers around it it adds a great look to my flower bed .I would recommend it to anybody looking for a nice touch to their landscaping. But make sure the water in the fountain is over the pump approximately 8 gallons maybe a little less.

Great way to add beauty and serenity
Brings the wildlife and bees in. The pump is powerful but quiet. The lighting effect is very nice as well.

Leaks!
We purchased this in April and it leaked. We got a replacement, and it leaked as well. So we gave up and got a refund. Amazon has great customer service though!

Nice waterflow and sound
The media could not be loaded. PROS: Very easy to assemble. It's basically two pieces that line up nicely to form the waterfall. Lightweight pieces are easy to move into position. Attaching the lighting wires and hose to pump was simple enough. The sound of the waterfall is very soothing both close up and from about a 15 foot distance.A FEW CAVEATS: Be sure to flush out both pieces with water thoroughly before connecting the pump to the fountain's flow hose as well as the flow hose itself. The fountain is packed in Styrofoam and any pieces inside the fountain will clog the pump and water line, severely restricting the flow which could possibly damage the pump. If your fountain is completely exposed to the outdoors, you might want to consider placing a small piece of screen over the return hole to prevent insects and debris from building up inside the reservoir. To help make the fountain practically maintenance free, consider adding some type of algae control product (like ALGAEFIX) to the water periodically.Overall, the fountain is soothing, easy on the eyes, easy to assemble and easy to maintain. The top of the fountain that channels the waterfall seems sturdy and durable, however, the fiberglass sides are somewhat thin and could easily be damaged if struck with a object.CONS: I believe this product is excessively overpriced.August 4, 2023 updateAfter having this waterfall outside and in use since December 2022 the brown 'bark like' finish where the water flows is gone which isn't a huge issue. What is a huge issue is that the water feature has been losing water in amounts greater than what could be attributed to evaporation. We live in South Florida and the unit is subject to quite a bit of direct sun as well as breezes however there was no water loss beyond evaporation until the last couple of months. After dismantling the unit and inspecting I noticed that a gasket around the water tube in the higher section where the water begins its flow to the bottom had deteriorated. I thought that was the likely source of the water loss. After allowing the section to dry completely I sprayed the entire underside of the unit with Flex Seal, let it cure for 48 hours per the Flex Seal instructions. I reassembled it and within 9 hours there was still significant water loss. I paid $800 for my unit which I felt was extremely overpriced at the time and now I see it marked down to $680 which is still very high for a lightweight resin product like this. I would recommend that anyone purchasing this product now also purchase one of the protection plans. With the benefit of hindsight and the problems I'm now having with the product, I wish I had bought a protection plan however none was offered on the unit I purchased. The next step is to once again dismantle the entire unit, bring it inside and reassemble it on top of saw horses so that I can refill it with water and get beneath it to see if I can ascertain where the leak or leaks are originating. I will update if I'm able to find out anything additional.

Tranquility
The media could not be loaded. Love it. We had our sprinkler line added to it. It wasn’t practical to add distill water daily in this desert climate. We will use scale products to decrease the scale build up. We love it.
