Good so far despite recall of adaptor
ThIs product arrived a week ago and was well packaged, very easy to set up and think the design with pump integrated in wall is great. Heated to 42 degrees over night and bubbles run fairly quiet. There was a fairy significant issue initially though with regards the power supply. When I first put my hand in to test temperature about 24 hours after filling and turning on heater, I experienced an electric shock (minor but enough to hurt!) everytime time I put my hand in the water. Needless to say, I switched off immediately and was poised to contact Net Sports UK the following morning. However, the following morning I received a blanket email from them advising of a recall of power adaptor and for all customers to not turn on hot tub until replacement received. With my limited electrical knowledge, I suspect there was an earthing problem. The replacement came within 2 days and now all is well! They are apparently offering a £100 voucher as compensation for inconvenience. If they sort this issue out for all future sales, I'd recommend the product. Just hope it lasts the test of time!

Fantastic customer service great tub
Brought this as Xmas gift for my son and fiancé. They erected last weekend which was so quick and easy and heated beautifully. To their disappointment the tub had lost air during the night with a manufacturing problem on a joint. After a long wait on the phone today eventually got through. They could not have been more helpful. Apologised and new tub being sent out. The tub bubbles and heat temperature are amazing and the cover and tub liner are good quality. Really good buy

So far so good
Going by some of the other reviews I'm wondering if we've just been lucky so far but I want to give a review based on our experience. Tub was easy to inflate/assemble and took roughly 36 hours to reach 41 degrees. It states 42 but ours seemed to not hit that but to be honest I'm not going to have a fight over 1 degree. A few of things that could be made clearer though (as I definitely didn't see them in the instructions despite multiple read throughs) 1) there are 2 filters and the filter housing provided, these are hidden in a compartment to the rear of the pump. 2) The clips for the cover, there is a slide on the front of these, push the slide down it allows the clip to release, slide it up and it locks the clip (took 2 frustrating weeks and an accidental discovery to realise this) and 3) once you have removed the filter to clean or replace it, it will not automatically restart. We had to call customer services for help with this one but they were great (short queue too!) They emailed instructions plus a video and talked us through the resolution which was to hold down the (filter if memory serves me) button until it displayed 150 then it went back to normal. We have been very satisfied so far with our purchase and will sadly be taking it down tomorrow for the winter but are looking forward to setting it up again next year.3 tips...gazebo to help retain heat by blocking wind, foam tiles for comfort and heat retention, electric water pump and hose for removing the water.Enjoy your tub!

The filters inside the pump
This is a great product, looks good and is easy to set up and maintain. You need a little patience when dealing with the retailer as they are hard to get hold of and things can take a little while to get to you - but they do get there. Also... the instructions could have done with pointing out that the filter is hidden in a wee compartment on the pump. Enjoy.

3rd inflatable spa
We have in 3 years had a lazy spa Miami that the internal seam split on after a year. A lazy Spa Vegas that was deformed and the inner lining bulged out of the outer casing, bought from B&M who refused to exchange it and now a Cosy Spa. These tubs are great but don’t last the test of time. The lazy spa pumps are more powerful but the quality of the material is not built to last. We paid four hundred and fifty quid for ours in 2019, they are now selling for one thousand two hundred and fifty! Do the maths, daylight robbery! The lazy spa Vegas is not a four person, three is a squeeze. Our newest buy, the Cosy Spa 6 person arrived yesterday. We erected it and immediately noticed that the pump is not as powerful as the lazy spa brand but the quality of the casing is better quality, despite purchasing the deluxe package there is no float for the chlorine included or a net to clear the debris as is standard with the la y spa brand. On setting up our new cozy spa all three of the connections from the pump to the spa are all weeping! This is despite trying PTF tape to seal the thread as a last resort.

Very impressed
Arrived 2 days early..packaged very well and vey straightforward to set up in comparison to other brands of hot tubs. Currently heating up. Have tested bubbles filter and everything working. No sign of any leaks as yet. Comes with a repair kit but hopefully will not need this. Was larger than I expected given the reviews about the 2 to 4 person spa. The black reflective cover might come in handy when heating the tub as its heating on a very sunny day here and the temperature is rising quite fast. Pleased so far and very affordable

Good but now they are all overpriced
Hassle free to assemble, with the covers on it can get to a very hot temp, when you take the lid off for use expect it to drop 2 degrees within 10-15 minutes, we had it out on a average/chilly day and by 5pm it had dropped to 32 degrees, you ideally want 37ish, it will take a good 12 hours if not more to get to temp from cold.Overall I'm happy with the product but I paid £7-800 for it, when the lazy spa pre covid was on sale every year for 2-300. So I wouldn't say I got great value for money,We have the 6 person, it's been fine so far with 2 adults and 3 small kids

CosySpa Vasca Idromassaggio Gonfiabile
The media could not be loaded. Consigliata
