Sturdy. Bought this a while ago and I still use it

This was the handle I wanted but went cheap on a simple AR style handle that worked and was sturdy but the 1/20 thread was extended from the body and seemed like it would bend eventually. It was less than $20 and ultimately I bought this because you can’t beat it for what it is. It’s completely solid and has any connections you could want or need and the mounting is flawless on the Weebill S, absolutely confident in this thing doing what it’s supposed to forever.The ergonomic factor is a big one here as it’s got rubber grips and isn’t just a stick to hold but an actual grip for maneuvering the gimbal. It’s especially necessary if you want to mount a monitor of any kind because if you think about it, a side mounted one would be awkward during certain motions and if you’re pulling focus you want that monitor closer to you. Using the end of the grip puts it front, center, as close as it can be and free to be positioned however you need it no matter how you use the gimbal.It’s not cheap but considering it’s solid metal and machined very well and the fact it’s a multi tool for filmmaking rigs makes it a great value. Haven’t used the basic handle since getting this one and use it way more than the tripod grip on the bottom. This will be your primary contact with your gimbal and Id bet money you’ll love it once you hold it and get some shots.

The design is cool. Nicely engineered.Sadly, I didn't read the description; this is not compatible with my staibilizer model.So I improvised and made some modifications, so that it would work.I succeeded, and I must say, this handle is great.

Could not ask for anything better!

I’m sure this handle would be great for my Weebill S. Although, I got the wrong handle. I wasn’t too worried because I saw that it was just labeled wrong from SmallRig. So I decided to just return it and have a replacement sent to me. As much as I like the fact that I got a more expensive handle, it will not work for the Weebill S. As the handle I received is for the DJI RS2. Anyway, I got my replacement handle today. Without hesitation, I opened it up excited to start using it. Well my mood was quickly ruined when I saw the same DJI handle in the box. Not only did I get one wrong item, my replacement item was the same wrong item. So somebody at SmallRig messed up and labeled a shipment of these DJI handles as Weebill S handles. Now I have to return both and wait two weeks for a return on my money, as well as order another handle just to hopefully be the right one for my gimbal!Edit: Smallrig personally reached out to me and even though it was an Amazon issue, Smallrig made sure I was treated right and received the right handle. Through the whole process, Alice in customer service at Smallrig kept in contact with me through their investigation. Assuring me that I would get my handle. And to my surprise, I was sent an extra tool and the correct handle as promised. Thank you Smallrig for going out of the way to get everything solved. Super happy with them!

Smallrig makes amazing aluminum stuff and this is no exception! Loving it on my Weebill S. It provides the extra grip I need.

Guys, I'm gunna be honest... Nothing about steal and rubber conducts enough warmth like the true meaning of Christmas which is why I bought this for myself. It was actually one of the ratings for this review... Warmth... can you imagine it? like a hot pocket on top of your gimbal. Weirdly delicious. Maybe even tasty if you still have taste buds after microwaving those things. DO NOT MICROWAVE the small rig handle.... Please Please do not. The only warmth this little genuinely crafted piece of small crew filmmaking glorious handle gave to me was the ability to MAKE FILMS AND HAVE GREAT MOBILITY SO JUST BUY IT CAUSE NOBODY MAKES A BETTER HANDLE. Seriously... I spent hours researching something as petty as this. There's nothing better at this price point. Goodnight.

I just received this to use on the top part of my Weebill S Gimble. So far, I've been putting it through some paces just to make sure it's going to be quality for me and my videography business I've been building. It seems to hold up very well. It feels sturdy and it is tight enough I don't feel any wobbly issues. It feels robust and strong yet isn't overly heavy. I'm pretty happy with this purchase!
