I have combination skin which is pretty sensitive, and lots of moisturisers have ingredients which cause a reaction, clog my pores, or harm the environment. I actually bought this to use as a facial moisturiser because it has a short ingredients list with nothing unnecessary added, and no harsh chemicals or silicone. It has glycerine, almond oil, and cocoa butter all of which are very kind and nourishing to skin.I bought this three-pack in a Warehouse deal (it had some damage to the carboard box packaging) making it even better value than normal, so I figured if it didn't work I wouldn't have lost much.Much to my surprise it works great as a face cream! It's lightweight, sinks in quickly, is well-balanced and not too heavy for an oil-based product. It can make my skin look and feel a bit greasy, so I wouldn't use it under makeup, but it's an excellent night cream, and good for no-makeup days when my skin is feeling dry. If you're looking for something for dry skin, you would want to use a facial oil underneath it; I do this at night and it really locks the oil in, it seems to absorb better than without the cream.It's also a good all-round moisturiser for places like hands, elbows, and knees. But I wouldn't use it all over my body just because it's a pretty small tube. A small amount goes a long way though, so it's very good value.Not sure about the effect of the arnica extract, but my skin does seem happy when I use it, it looks glowing and healthy, and possibly heals faster. I tried it on several bruises I got on the same day to compare its effect, and the ones I applied the cream to faded a day or two sooner than the ones without. Nothing dramatic, but it did seem to make a difference.In short: A great moisturiser at a great price.
