not just creatine
The great supplement but there are a couple things to watch out for. For starters, this has a 100 calories. It's also very high on carbs. For me that is a good thing because I have trouble making these things up in my diet but for people who are the weight loss journey disc can be problematic. If you take this make sure you take into The great supplement but there are a couple things to watch out for. For starters, this has a 100 calories. It's also very high on carbs. For me that is a good thing because I have trouble making these things up in my diet but for people who are the weight loss journey disc can be problematic. If you take this make sure you take into account everything In this supplement besides just the creatine. I know this all sounds like bad stuff but for somebody like me this stuff is fantastic because it fits perfectly into my diet. I wanna give me this warning so you are aware of what you are buying. On another note this stuff taste taste absolutely phenomenal. I have grape slushie and it definitely has a strong purple drank taste lol. I mix mine with about 4 to 6 ice cubes and makes a great drink for a hot day. I also think the current price is very fair for what your getting. The biggest thing of all is that it's giving you the 5 mg of creatine that you need for your maintenance dose. I've also tried out this brand protein and I've been very pleased this is a brand that you should definitely keep your eyes open to. So far they have delivered on their flavour and their supplement side. Very pleased and very surprised at the price.

Great Brand, But Disappointing Product in The Serving Size and Taste
Intra workout drinks can be hard to pull off given the ingredients. This cMAX10 is certainly loaded with a number of great ingredients that ARE helpful after a workout (less pain and strain) but you have to get past several issues before you get to the promised land of a better recovery. The first is the serving size. The scoop is really big compared to other products on the market. The amount of powder that you have to mix with water actually leads to the second issue - the chalking up effect. It does not mix very well and even if it was a GREAT mixer it would still be a struggle because of the amount of powder.I did try half a serving to see how it mixed and the difference was dramatic. The problem is that I did not get the effects of a great workout and a strong recovery. It was disappointing. The third issue goes to nearly every product of this type - the taste. It certainly SMELLS like grape and the first sip TASTES like grape, but the fact that it gets so "chalky" makes the taste go from good to bad really quickly. In the end, there are more products on the market that work better and taste better - all for a smaller scoop needed to get the quantity necessary for results. I'd recommend looking out for other options.

Please note this is more of a post-workout then creatine
I ordered this to help with my exercise regimen.I don't really have any complaints with this product, but it's worth noting that it has a lot of carbs. It's really more of a post-workout drink then anything.Think of it like "creatine and" drink.I suggest starting with 1/4 or 1/2 a scoop and see how it settles on your stomach. For me right about 1/2 to 2/3 a scoop seems to be the most tolerable. The grape slushy flavor isn't bad, it's not one of my traditional flavors. It's got a koolaid/ice pop like flavor. For me, overall; it's not bad. I don't know if I would get this again. I don't like my workout drinks to have this many carbs in them.

Packed full of beneficial ingredients and tastes grape.... errr, GREAT!! :)
My husband was drawn to this due to the extensive list of beneficial ingredients, many of which he was previously taking separately. He was also intrigued by the grape slushie flavor and wanted to give it a try. He loves grape flavored beverages and never tried a grape flavored supplement before. I thought it sounded pretty darn good, too.The texture of the powder is light and fluffy. I was impressed with how well it dissolved in room temperate water. No residue left behind, no floating particles, no chunks on the bottom. The powder was extremely fine which I'm sure contributed to how well it dissolved. I followed the instructions on the label verbatim (1 scoop in 8 oz of water). The end result is thin, watery, tasty, and refreshing. This product was surprisingly good tasting, especially for a supplement. It didn't have that bitter medicinal aftertaste. It isn't super sweet and literally tastes a lot like grape soda without the carbonation. We didn't find it to be overpowering or artificial tasting. My husband and I both loved it!This product is quite a bit higher in carbs and sugar than we are used to. It also contains sucralose, as do many other supplements. My stomach is wonky sometimes so I can only enjoy these ingredients in EXTREME moderation. I didn't have any issues with this one so far, thank goodness. This is one that we look forward to preparing and drinking after each workout! It's always nice to have something that is both beneficial AND great tasting!

Good Drink During Workout
Right away, I was really excited to try the “Grape Slushie”flavor, and right away I was reminded that work out drinks will always taste like work out drinks. While the flavor was pretty good, it still has a distinct work out drink taste to it at well, a slight chemical aftertaste to it.Looking at the label, this drink is made up of several well known and proven ingredients, such as creatine, aminos acids and various vitamins.I sip this drink during my workout and I definitely feel a boost of energy that just isn’t there when I don’t drink it. This allows me to push myself harder during my workouts.Overall, this is a pretty good tasting workout drink with a nice ingredient profile.
