Quality and Taste Gulten free bread
This is really high quality bread. It is very easy to prepare. You don't get big holes like other gf breads and it doesn't fall apart. The taste is something else.

Hmmmmmm
I am allergic to dairy, soya, peanuts & all nuts and potatoes so if any foods contain any of the above including potato starch I am unable to eat.I passed countless Celiac tests after facing more challenges in eating. In November last year I was diagnosed with too much histamine in my body and advised to eat gluten free foods and follow the low histamine food guides, study high histamine foods and avoid. This has restricted my diet even more.I learnt all gluten free bread, bakery products available in the supermarkets all had potato starch in.I was pleased to find this bread and thought I’d try it even with the “may contain” warning. The first loaf I made I used with coconut milk it came out looking like a solid brick that I could possibly break a window with and crumbled when cut.The second loaf I made using Rice milk and from advice used some self raising powder and the same thing as above happened again please see pictures. In summary I have been unable to use this loaf to have toast, make sandwiches etc. I have not experienced a gluten free bread product to match the taste to but this is a very unpleasant tasting bread product.

Bowel challenging gluten free bread
Very easy to make and it produces a dry, solid loaf that is quite similar in texture to wheaten bread. The flavour is OK but nothing special. By the end of the day, the loaf is so dry that it is only good for toasting. The loaf contains a lot of pea fibre, which is very high in insoluble fibre. As a consequence, you would not want to eat more than one or two slices of this bread in a day. Any more and you are advised not to stray too far from the toilet. I write from experience. Usain Bolt would have broken 9 seconds with a few slices of this!

One of the best, IMO.
Further Update: makes lovely scones too. Reduce the amount of milk to 1 cup, making the mixture firmer, add mixed fruit or strong grated cheese and paprika. Sculpt into scone shapes, cook on tray with baking parchment. Airfryer 15 mins 180C. Makes about 12 small scones.Update 2024: I am currently without a working oven, so experimented with an airfryer. This works fine. I also added about 50% seeds and used a larger bread tin, lined with baking parchment. The end result was a lot like the 'Seedful' brand of gluten free bread, only freshly baked. Really very pleased with the outcome and definitely worth a try if you like rustic, heavily seeded bread. N.B. freeze sliced leftovers immediately, as it doesn't keep long, but freezes well. Makes epic toast too.Original review: I cooked mine in a cast iron dutch oven, so ended up with a round loaf. I also sprinkled gluten free oats on top for a rustic look. The mix (made with soya milk) was sloppier than expected and I didn't think it would work. How wrong I was. Absolutely delicious. Moist, crisp crust and totally yummy warm out of the oven with olive spread on top. Reminded me of American cornbread, only a bit nicer. Definitely a keeper. I now can't stop eating it!!!!

Brilliant taste
Being a coeliac it's very hard to get a decent brown bread that tastes like bread. Highly recommend this.So easy to make and cook, I used butter milk (old school for brown bread). You will not be disappointed with this.
