I am not one to give out 5 stars easily. In fact, this watch is really worthy of about 4.5 stars, but rounding that up it becomes 5. Typically, I find most items I buy to be no better than 4 stars. However, this watch is made exceptionally well. This watch can be wound by either the crown or by the self-winding movement. The crown is large and easy to wind. The watch remains wound for at least 2.5-3 days and is quick to wind even by just shaking the watch. The time sets easily and the watch looks amazing in person. When wound correctly, the time remains spot on until the watch begins to wind down.There's very little I would change about this specific watch as it's nearly perfect. However, if there were one thing I would change on it, it would be the watch hands. I'd prefer them to be black (or of a darker color). Because the hands are the same rose color as all of the rest watch and because of the skeleton movement below them, it can be difficult at times to see the hands when trying to review the time. Though, if you glint the light off the edge of the hands, you can see them well enough.I got this watch on a lightning deal, so it was well worth the money. It also looks great and is quite big, bold and weighty. If that's the kind of watch you're looking for, this one will work well. But, be sure to wind it properly and fully to make sure it keeps time well.

This is a beautiful watch, however, it worked for one day and stopped.

My wife bought this watch for my birthday last year. The watch itself is very nice looking, but it stopped working after a few wears. I do not know if i wore the watch long enough at a time for the watch to whined properly. I did not want to wear it everyday so it sat a lot. When I contacted the manufacturer, I was directed to contact International Watch Repair Center, in Utah; through a website form. After prepaying for return shipping, then shipping the watch out (my expense as well); I had to contact the repair company to figure out what to do next (they did not contact me after receiving of watch). The repair company told me the repairs were not covered under manufacturer's warranty. Mind you the movement stopped, and the crown (knob) fell off. The repairs would cost $80. At this point I'm all in. I've already paid for shipping twice, and I want it because it was the first one she got me. I pay the $80 repair fee, and am told the repair would take 2-3 weeks. Well roughly a month later I call the repair company, and no answer. After 3 phone calls of being on hold for 20+ minutes. I just press 1 to leave a message and here something about retrieving a watch from a closed store in a mall leave info. The manufacturer only had a useless email contact system. Finally I contacted Amazon. It took a lot of hoops and a couple fingers crossed, but they were able to at least get me a replacement. I advice you to try to use Amazon's warranty service is you buy this product. I have never had a problem with Amazons customer service. I will update on the watch; after getting it, I'll wear it for a while to see if it acts up.

Well, it looks and feels cheap. Specially the leather band. I would algo chance the hand's color as mentioned by other reviewer. But the wind movement is nice enough.

Very happy with my Earnshaw watch particularly considering what I paid for it.

It is a nice watch, fairly well made. Unfortunately it is too big for my wrist. The hour and minutes hands are in gold color hard to see against the gold background dial.

stopped working after 1 month, past return policy now I'm stuck with a defective product

This watch is fantastic! It's the perfect size and weight, and the band is comfortable and doesn't feel too cheap. Like everyone else has said the hands do blend in with the rose gold finish but that's alright. Stays wound for a fairly decent time, and is simple to wind again if it does stop. I give this product a two thumbs up!
