My old laptop which still work great wasn't keeping a charge anymore and after opening it, and getting the information, I needed this battery. I replaced it myself. I have never replaced a laptop battery before, let alone open a laptop. One key didn't work after replacing it but it wasn't the battery itself, it was just the way I put the laptop back together. I have used this battery for one year now and have no issues. It's like it's a brand new laptop

I received the unit next day and installed. Charged for two hours and laptop would not power up. I used a power chord and all went well. Took it to GeekSquad. They took it apart, looked at it, noted the battery showed 100% charge. We removed the power chord and the laptop powered off. Geek Squad said battery was defective. Hard to believe in this day/age a defective battery would get through QC.

We purchased the TREE.NB B31N1912 Laptop Battery to replace the battery in a ASUS Sonic Master computer. It arrived way quicker than I expected. It had about a 70% charge when it arrived.It came packed good, the battery box was inside a larger box, stuffed with brown paper. It was set in a little plastic shipping container with an open top to keep it from sliding around in the battery box.There wasn't any damage to the battery.The battery fit right into where it was supposed to, BUT make sure you don't slide the little connector too far back where you put it in or you will make a quick job an hour job! So needless to say that is what we did, so installation took longer than it should have, if that wouldn't of happened, it would of installed great! It came with a little screwdriver and a plastic thing that looked like a small putty knife to put it in with.It fit into place properly and the screw holes lined up.It charged to full fairly fast, but it seems like it doesn't hold the charge the best, so I'm not a whole lot impressed with the battery life.The old battery quit working a couple of months ago, so this at least lets me move the computer around, so it works okay for the money.I am a little disappointed on how long it holds the charge, that is why I only gave it 4 stars.

The battery arrived in good condition and was easy to install on my HP laptop. I charged it fully to 100% which took about 6 hours. The directions said to let battery get down to 2 % before charging the first time after charging. My laptop shut off once the battery got down to 5% which was no big deal as I would just charge it once the battery low warning popped up at 10%. I bought the battery on 6/19/2022 and I was happy with the way this battery was performing. For the last 4 days of charging the battery, it will not charge more than 80%. I would use my laptop after work for a about 2 hours then close it until morning and use it again before wore until the low battery warning popped up. I would let it charge all day while at work but it won't fully charge any more. I just hope it doesn't get any worse.
