nds adapter is a bit of a tight fit but everything else is spot on. glad i bought this. charges multiple devices at same time, too, if your power source is up to it.

Works for all the charging ports I've tried for almost a year.
Recently pulled my GBA collection out of storage and used this to charge my 19 year-old SP. I've previously used it to charge my DS, 3DS and Wii U devices and it just works. The cable isn't all that long, but if you set up your older handhelds closer to a power brick, it'll be perfect.
