Q: My wife typically wears a 5.5, would you recommend a size 5 or a size 6? Does the ring run large or small?

I'd recommend a 6 because they run on the small side.

Q: Does this ring rub on other finger or is it comfortable?

This does not rub on my finger. I have different rings for stacking and I almost always include this one. It is so thin but gives so much more sparkle. The CZ's are not huge stones you would feel rubbing.

Q: Does it have the heavier weight of a real gold ring?

It is extremely light weight and unfortunately after 2 weeks the rose gold became dull and looks more goldish

Very cute little ring which adds a subtle bit of sparkle - true to size and as pictured. Feels and looks well made and packaged nicely too. Would recommend!
