Hello, can you use this phone with Boost Mobile ? Also why does it list that the packaging will be damaged ?

Yes you can use Boost Mobile. I'm not sure why it listed "package will be damaged" because mine wasn't. Also want to add that it's only a 3G and not 4G as advertised

How can i get the esn number so that i can verify that it will work on verizon network before i purchase?

I don't know the esn # but I use it for Verizon and it works great.

Will this work with a TMobile sim card?

I don’t know yet. I got this phone for my mom, we are going to connect it on Monday, however it did say it would so I hope so!

Pain in the rear to navigate; super mega impractical

I changed my review from 3 stars to 1 star. This phone sucks and the people who designed need to be fired. I had a Moto G6 and had gotten used to it and didn't realize this was a G6 Play instead when I ordered it. The play model is sufficiently different in my opinion that it shouldn't carry the same name. For example, the G6 allowed me to do Do Not Disturb simply by choosing the amount of time and clicking turn on. I can't figure in out on the G6 Play. It's not straightforward like it should be. Sometimes I have to swipe up 4 or more times before it lets me put my verification pattern. Using my phone should be simple and straightforward, but it's not with the Moto G6 Play. It also seems to get more difficult to use by the day. It's not our internet because my wife uses the same (different phone) without problems. Everyday it's a new problem. I don't know if I've ever wanted to give such a bad review to anything. The Moto G6 Play SUCKS! Don't buy it!!!

Good battery life, good camera, great phone!

Sometimes my fingerprint scanner doesn't want to work, but locking and unlocking the phone makes it work again. Dunno why. Love the battery life though! Overall, a great phone!
