We haven't made these yet, but here is what I like or don't like. While they are cute, there are no directions! I do like that each one is individually wrapped...but...no directions and no picture of what assembled puppets should look like, so if you were giving each individual puppet to a grandchild, student, etc. to make, they wouldn't be able to see an example for how the end product should look like, or where to place the adhesive pieces, etc. That's why I'm only giving these three stars. If they included a picture and directions with each puppet I would give them 5 stars, but for a child activity, not including this is a BIG oversight!We made the first two today. Not having directions or accurate pictures to see where the felt pieces went made it more challenging to do. If you look at the elephant, one picture has the red cheeks, another image of it doesn't. I also had to bring up the Amazon page to find out where the yellow pieces for the frog went. It definitely takes an adult to help children make the puppets, and you'll want to have the ability to see a better picture of the puppets than the general paper that was included in the packaging as part of marketing piece (not an example or directions, and did not show enough of all the puppets to try and guess where the pieces all went).

This was a great little rainy day craft for the grandkids ages 3 and 5. It was easy for them to sew with supervision of course. The only thing that was a problem is the adhesive used for the face decorations. After about 15 minutes, they started to fall off and minimal play.

Each puppet was individually packed with all their details. Very easy for 3 year old to sew then place all pieces on the face. Would be great as a party favor.

This. Is. Amazing. The big plastic needle is a perfect touch. Even the 3YO could make the puppet, with very little help. It makes the kids feel they created something. And it holds up after many puppet shows. Really nice for time with the grand babies. And they got to make gifts for their friends. Well done!

Grandkids loved making them and playing with them.

Great fun for a 4 year old. A little advanced for my 2 year old, but they both enjoyed sewing the animals/puppets together and sticking parts on. I also enjoyed helping my 2 year old :) The package comes with plenty of animals/puppets for future use.

Four year old granddaughter had a great time assembling these. Good lessons in basic stitching.
