You feel the difference after two days, amazing!

My hair is really thin at the top which I hate so I was keen to try these capsules out to see whether they would help. I hate it when you have to take two capsules, I don't believe that there is so much in the capsules that you need to take two and it can't be fitted into one capsule, so this pack of 60 capsules will only last you thirty days and the recommendation is that you would need three boxes to see a difference, which is a lot of capsules and a lot of money. I tried one box and have to say that in that time I noticed absolutely no difference. Sure, if I bought two more boxes and used them then I might notice more of a difference but after thirty days I didn't feel that it was worth the extra investment.

I have relatively thin hair, and even though I usually have quite a lot of it - I am currently dealing with a very sensitive scalp after skin treatment medication, which has also led to some hair thinning/loss. Therefore, I wanted to give this a go and see if it can give my hair and scalp the boost they need.I found these tablets easy to swallow and didn't leave any taste in my mouth afterward. The pack recommends taking two a day, with 60 tablets in the pack - makes the '30-day therapy'. However, from reading the packaging I noticed it recommends 'for best results, use for a minimum of three months. This is a bit contradictory to the title, where you'd expect the best results to come from the 30 days. Meaning, realistically you should get three packs of these to get the full effect - overall pretty pricey.The ingredients themselves are all suited for purpose. The biotin daily value % states 1.667%, but from what I've read, the daily value should be around 2000-5000mcg. I'm assuming it should maybe be 166.7%? But anyway, it does seem to contain lots of good vitamins and minerals that should help your hair, and more (skin, nails etc.) Do keep in mind this is not vegetarian, as it contains fish.So far I haven't noticed too much difference, but I do expect to with the proven benefits of the ingredients. I will continue to use it but will not be looking to use it for a 'minimum of 3 months' as it is too expensive for me.

I’ve taken hair vitamins before and they’ve worked really well, also on my nails. These are easy to swallow, which is good because I do have swallowing issues. They don’t repeat on me either as some capsules do once the outer casing disintegrates inside my stomach.It’s too early to tell if they are doing any real benefit, but I have noticed that I have less fall out every time I wash my hair which I can only put down to the tablets as that’s the only thing that’s changed. It’s always concerned me the level of fallout I have every time I wash (I only really wash once a week as I have naturally curly hair), but I have noticed a difference since taking these.
