Excellent value ...great heavy duty bottom negating any chance of a burn on. Glass lid is an advantage feature with vent. Delivery was prompt as usual !

I made cabbage soup and it filled the pot to about an inch from the top. This is a 18-10 steel pot with aluminum inside, so you cannot immediately put on high and wait for a boil (it would likely burn at the bottom and be cold at the top). I slowly increased the temperature over a few hours, not passing medium heat. It had a perfect rolling boil at medium temp - it just took me a few hours to have the pot achieve it. Very happy with it as this pot performs very well if you allow it time for the heat to reach the top. Thank you!

Me encanta de muy buen tamaño para caldos y con la tapa transparente para ver lo que se esta cocinando es la segunda que compro.
