Great Product With Caveat
Not a fan of strip steaks. I strongly prefer ribeye, but these are a good number two. Always fresh, clean meat with no "funny" aftertastes. Great value.

Top quality meat - very tasty and rich flavor
Excellent flavor, really fresh top grade beef. It’s so rich with the marbled fat, you can actually feel the difference on your hands when rinsing it under water. I’m not accustomed to such high grade meat. Due to high price (worth it, get what you pay for) I eat it on special occasions.
