Perfect for spicing gyros…but here is a treat my wife accidentally stumbled into…she was preparing fresh caught shark to wrap in aluminum foil to put on the grill…along with olive oil and some lemons….she gave the shark a nice coating inside and out, then realized it was gyro seasoning…..guess what? A great tasting variation !!!! So, experiment with it…not just for gyros!

I don't know where some of these people are coming from with their bad reviews because this stuff is the 💣 I season ground beef,stews,casseroles just about everything with this and no complaints at all!!! Check it out yourself you won't be sorry! Very tasty when i season the ground beef for burritos 🌯 😋A little twist on a Mexican favorite but the extra flavor is well worth it 👌

I make vegan Gyros so need this to get the authentic flavor since it’s not meat

I was so looking forward to using this Gyros seasoning, I love the taste, but this one is a HUGE disappointment. I can't smell or taste anything else than cumin. Taste terrible. :(

If you are looking to duplicate the savory flavor of street Gyros, this doesn't do it. It's a ho-hum mix that's OK for roasts and such, but to call it GYRO seasoning is misleading.
