I had doubts as reviews were negative about the zipper, smell, & durability. I bought 2 of the 20" suitcase and each was used as a carry-on for 4 different plane rides and I love this luggage! The outer shell is a little flexible so it is more forgiving on packing your clothes. Packed full was still lightweight enough to lift in the overhead compartment on the plane. Zippers inside & out functioned fine. All 4 wheels rolled fine on concrete or asphalt, but on carpet it worked better pulling suitcase on 2 wheels. The retractable handle worked fine, but on the flimsy side when on all 4 wheels. However, reasonable price.

Sturdy and stylish!I love that it’s on the smaller side (19.5”) compared to other carry-on’s therefore it’s very easy to wheel across airport parking lots and airport terminals during flight changes. Our flight was canceled and caused a chain reaction of mishaps. We walked at least 4 miles total with our suitcases and this carry-on was easy to maneuver. I purchased the antique rose.

Purchased 3 of these, all different colors, for our children. It’s a good carry on suitcase. It does measure 20 inches so it’s within the carry on specifications of flights. Wheels work well, no issues locking up. Does seem to dent pretty easily which is why I gave it a four star but really can’t complain too much given the price. It’s a good suitcase that won’t break the bank. They have a nice color, also available in multiple different colors.

very impressed! it's a really good price but rolls easily and the handle is sturdy. i also like that it's pretty compact so it has fit in the plane very easily on all my flights.

Really cute NOT red more like a wine color but cute carry on spends and hold items the was its described.

I've had this suit case for a while. I wasn't sure because it was inexpensive and you never know. But it has held up and I've used it a bunch. Its cute and affordable.

Perfect suitcase for a carry on. Wheels work perfect. No worries of our items becoming damaged and the design inside makes it easy to pack!

I bought four of these suitcases to travel via airplane with as a carry-on. We flew Delta and its size was acceptable for a carry-on.I bought one for each: 6 year old, 7 year old, 9 year old, and myself an adult.The inside of the suitcase is nice. The separation zipper on the inside is great.The outside zipper may get caught up every now and then, but ultimately it did great without breaking.The hardcase is why I give it a four star rating. It's hard, but seems like a fragile-type hard case. Almost like it'll break if something heavy gets stacked on it. Additionally, it scratches easily. It held up for all of us on our trip.The handles seemed like they would break at anytime due to lack of quality. The probably would have except I expected it may be the case and spend time with each of my children one-on-one making sure they knew exactly how to work them. They will break if they were used without care of thought.Overall, I give it four stars because the price compared to other carry-ons and the lack of quality where expected before purchase (thank you to other reviewers) was fair.
