Works Great!
I keep this thing running nonstop for weeks. This is actually my second one. The diaphragm dry rotted on the first one because I kept it in the weather for over a year while running. It saves on batteries and keeps the minnows alive. Well worth the purchase!

Works good for shrimp
I use this to keep my shrimp alive over night if I have some left over. Sometimes I can keep them alive a few days. This saves me batteries on the air bubbler that comes on the minnow bucket, and many times saves money from buying more shrimp. IT is a little louder, but not too bad in the garage. I have it attached to the wall and hooked to a GFCI outlet

Could be little more powerful
This thing works fine in small spaces under 5 gallons. I use it in a 5 gallon bucket to keep bait over night....probably only about 3 gallons of water. I usually double pump my bait buckets when using battery aerators for redundancy but this little thing does pretty well by itself. That said....If replacing, I would get one with more power or dual output hoses. But this works good enough and the price was right.

Awesome for keeping my bait at home.
I have the battery operate bubble box that work great at the pier but these ones are amazing for keeping my bait alive at home over several days. Pretty easy to use just plug in and go and it's have a lot of power and it gives off a great deal of bubbles. They are not very loud but they make enough noise that you can know if they aren't running. These have kept my shrimp alive for 3-4 days at home with once a day water changes. They were about $15 when I bought my first one but the prices have slowly crept up. Overall still a great buy for the avid fisherman.

Mine runs continuously
I’ve had this thing for at least a year now. My neighbor at the lake asked me how I keep minnows for so long. I held this aerator up and said this, change their water once a week, and 2 pinches of cornmeal once per week and they live forever.

This pump is great... and will work for a 15 gallon tank just fine!
The pump arrived in perfect condition and was packaged securely. The air tubing that you are provided is about 3 1/2 feet long. The pump operates quietly and without vibration that causes other air pumps to vibrate or even bounce around. The box states that it will provide sufficient oxygen of up to 10 gallons. I had thought that the air pump would work just fine for my 15 gallon tank, so I was a bit disappointed about that fact. However, it seems to be doing just fine in my 15 gallon tank after all because if it wasn't performing adequately, my large Goldfish would be at the surface of the water gasping for air, and that, thankfully, is not happening.

These make ice fishing better
i use these in the winter and summer to keep my minnows alive and well. it's quiet, effecient, and compact. I own 4 or 5 of this exact item and often run one in a 5gal bucket so i can easily change out the water for my minnows every couple of days. I also use it ice fishing here in Minnesota (inside of an ice house with a generator and heat access). Just add an extra long plastic line and drop it into your ice hole and it keeps enough water moving that you won't freeze over on the extra cold days! These are amazing and I use them all the time. Absolutely recommend if you want to keep bait alive and well for days at a time or even weeks in the winter.

Intense bubbling
Does its job, but for a 5 gallon tank the bubbles are a bit "intense". Pretty much over took a quarter of my tank and the fish congregated as far as possible from it while on at all times. I've tried numerous techniques of trying to diffuse the bubbles (burying it in rocks, mixing it into the plants, puting it into decor) and it doesn't seem to help much.
