Q: What is the exact inner diameter? The description says 11mm, but it also says the walls are 1/16 inch thick, and also 1mm thick.

Well my husband used his micrometer and this is what we measured Large tube Outside .981 Inside .888 Thickness .465 Small tube Outside .588 Inside .516 Thickness .036 Hope this helps
