I tore my bicep 15 years ago and have never been with out pain from it. This last year it has turned into unbearable and I can barely lift my arm, the pain had radiated up into my neck and breast. I am now 16 days into using Garden of Life Systemic Enzymes - FYI Restore for Muscle and Tissue Recovery and I am 99% pain free. Nothing short of amazing is all I can say!

This stuff is amazing but now it's unavailable...very disappointed

Before beginning with this product, I was set to go to the hospital for an MRI of my knee. Luckily, I received this product in enough time to take it for a couple of weeks, and not only did the swelling of my knee go down, the pain virtually disappeared as well. I am taking this in conjunction with other digestive enzymes, and it is leaving me with an overall feeling of satisfaction. Good choice as an alternative to prescribed anti-inflammatory medicines.

I can't believe how this product healed me so fast within a WEEK! I tore my pectoral muscle in my chest. I was in a condition where I couldn't walk a block due to shortness of breath. Am so thankful that I discovered this because I was desperate. I can breath normal again. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who has scar tissue or muscle issues. The only regret I have is that I wish I bought it sooner!

I have been taking for 19 days now. For the first 10 days I took 3 capsules. I take these capsules in the very early morning on an empty stomach. Had a blood test for sedimentation rate and my rate was a little high at 23 versus a 20 for upper limit so I reduced my intake to 2 capsules per day. Some muscle pain stopped at beginning of taking capsules but my back and knees took about 2 weeks to be consistently pain reduced or pain free. I am very pleased with this outcome and encourage anyone with pain in muscles or joints to give these a try.

I have suffered from poly myalgia for some years. This has provided me with hope. I hate conventional meds because the side effects can be worse than pain. I have great expectations and I will continue to use

Did absolutely nothing for me. I should say I am a HUGE fan of Garden of Life and every time I try a new product I do so with a positive outlook. This is the first product of there's to totally disappoint. I felt absolutely no change at all. I waited a while to post a review just in case it needed time to work, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I am just one person, so maybe it works for others, but not for me.

I started using this product immediately after my radiation treatments ended. The doctors had told me that my skin would continue to get worse over the next 7-10 days after my last treatment. I noticed a slight worsening on day 3 after treatment, and then it maintained at that stage. On day 5 my skin was beginning to heal. I'm now on day 7 and my skin is definetely healing up; I feel so much better! The underlying muscle tissue doesn't feel as tight anymore either. I'm very hopeful that this product will help with fibrosis.Note: I'm a 43 year old woman in generally good health with the exception of fighting breast cancer this year. I am cancer free now!
