My Girl's Dollhouse for 18'' Dolls - Modern Home Style

I have seen some reviews about assembly. You have to follow the directions, if you do it goes together easily. It will take more than one person, but this is a large dollhouse so that should not be surprising. Don't jump ahead at all and follow the instructions. If you can't find the instructions like I just had happen email Wicked Cool Toys the manufacturer and they will send them to you in a PDF. Literally 20 minutes after I emailed them they sent them to me. Include the model number.My daughter LOVED this dollhouse, we have had it for three years and she has decided she no longer wants it in her room. We are moving it to another room to keep for future use when we have family with kids here. It has held up and been used for hours of playtime. I love that it has 6 rooms tall enough for her dolls and their furniture.

I bought this to store the dolls and there furniture....now that it's built is a wonderful place to keep them...but putting this thing together was super difficult....you need two people and once it's built it can't be moved..its sturdy but only if not moved...the floors are flimsy and slide in so don't put heavy dolls on the top floors...im happy with it but wonder if we have to move will it be heavy or fall apart..its ok for now and doing it's job

We love this. Meausre you walk space (5’ wide!), but it got ALL the stuff off the floor - doll beds, desks, tables, everything. She has so much more floor space now. Plus the very top is where she puts other accessories like the sled and gymnastics equipment.It was a little finnicky putting it together, but once you realize the floor and wall panels will not fit perfectly until you snug up that whole side, it goes easier. Just fit them into place, and if they slip out a bit while you’re getting the other ones in it’s ok. Then when you go to tighten everything up THAT’S when you scooch them all into the final proper position. It took a couple hours for two of us. And my husband used bar clamps a couple times to hold stuff in place and found the helpful, but not required.

My daughter loves this now that it is up but it was the worst purchase I have ever made. My husband I were about to throw it out the window and burn it. As soon as one piece would go in, the others would fall out. Then once up, our cat jumped in one of the rooms and the floors came crashing down! Very poor design.

All of the pain for this house was on the parents and only for the 1.5 hours it took us to get it together. I am a very handy guy with 20+ years in construction. I found the warped panels especially fustrating. And the wrap that covered them was cut long and continually folded back on itself. And don't get me started on the stickers for part I.D. They were stuck on with the strongest sticky and did not want to come off even under a heat gun. Ended up scraping them off with a putty knife. However, I (we) got it put together perfectly and my daughter has not stopped playing with it for three days. Not does not come with furniture and it will cost you time and money to get it decorated just right. My daughter makes posters for the walls, curtains for the windows, goes camping and shopping and cooking all in front of this house so three stars.

I bought this doll house for my daughters American girl dolls. It is huge! Reading some reviews I was hesitant about buying this but I did anyway and I’m very happy with it. Some people have complained about it not being sturdy enough but I figured out that if it’s built and tightened correctly then it’s strong. My husband and I were able to build it and then get it up to my 3rd floor without anything falling apart or even feeling flimsy. Awesome buy! We love it!

Got this for my 10 year old to play with her American Girl dolls. She loves it! It is huge and big enough for all her stuff! Put together in about 2 hours and definitely needed 2 people. Not bad for the price. Wanted to make our own but this was easier!!!!
