Casual Orthotic Arch Support Insoles for Dress Slip-On Shoes (Pair) (Small: Men 5½ - 7 Women 6½ - 8) - Relief for Foot Pain Due to Flat Feet/Low Arches and Plantar Fasciitis

For as long as I can remember all shoes have hurt my feet. This past fall I trained for a half marathon (which I completed!!). At about mile nine in my training program, my left knee started hurting. After the run, I had the WORST pain of my life going downstairs. I ended up going to physical therapy. Come to find out I had tweaked my IT band based on over pronating my feet! I was given an orthotic for my running shoes, but they didn't work well in my dress shoes. I purchased these last week and my feet feel AMAZING! I truly never thought my feet would feel this good. I'm very pleased with these inserts and am thinking about buying more for my other dress shoes so I don't have to move my current pair from shoe to shoe.

I love that these arch supports fit in my dress flats with a (1 inch) heel. They provide the arch support I need in a dress shoe and I'll be ordering more. Most insoles are wide toward the toes but not these, they are perfect!

This product helped me a lot. Very good for people with flat feet especially when wearing flat shoes with no arch support. This wonderful product helped ease the foot pain from a lot of standing and walking which i would have normally experienced without having these on. Very sturdy arch support too compared with other brands i have tried and fits my feet perfectly too. Very glad to have purchased these and will no doubt recommend them to anyone.

I'm happy to say that I can move these to different pairs of shoes that I decide to wear. They work well with my Uggs, my casual dress shoes, my Converse shoes. They do add a little height to my flat casual shoes, so that sometimes my heels slips out when I walk. But for the most part, I'm very dependent on them to prevent foot pains in my arches and heels.

Buyer beware. Bought to fit in women loafers. The iten arrived on time but are much too wide and will only fit in athletic shoes. Although I’ve used Spenco inserts in the past this particular type cannot be adjusted. I guess they’ll keep my closet company as I did not realize there was no return for this item.

Had to return. Arch support practically nonexistent. You can press down with your finger and it goes flat. Not good for heavy overpronation and flat arches.

Yes, these offer some arch support, but it is negated by the fact my right heel is constantly slipping out of my flats. I developed a severe pain in my right foot by unthinkingly digging in with my toes to keep my shoe on my foot. That said, it works fairly well with my shoes that have a strap across the top., but those shoes already have good support so they are unnecessary.Was disappointed that they do not work with my flats.

I don’t have any specific foot problems, I just like these for comfort. After using them for a pair of work shoes, now I feel like I don’t want to wear any of my shoes without them… the shoes feel empty and hard unless I put them in. I bought a second pair that I can switch out to whichever shoes I wanna buy. I like that they’re narrower and don’t make any of my shoes bulge out on the sides. Wish they came in both black and brown to match different shoes!
