Sportsman Earth Series 19 Ton Gas Powered Kinetic Log Splitter

After having to cut down a 70 foot Silver Maple, I ended up with a lot more potential firewood than I expected. I started looking for an affordable wood splitter and found the Sportsman 18 ton kinetic on sale for less than $1000! Assembly was easy, and instructions were clearly written. If you are used to hydraulic splitters, this is a different experience. I soon adapted to the simple controls and figured out the tips to prevent jams on the recycle. It is very fast. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!
