I am very pleased with this shapewear. It helps make my form fitting dresses look good. I am wearing it under my dress for my daughter's wedding. I ordered a medium and I usually wear a size 12 dress. What I found that works great is to step into it and pull it up to put on. To take it off, slip off the shoulders and pull it down.
