Smaller pyramids than classic Magura but good
I like pyramid grips like the classic Magura ones from my 1970s BMW street bike. I thought I’d give these a try for my Supermoto and they’re going to be good. I’m glad I went with the hardest compound because they still feel soft to me. They are very thin, probably the thinnest hand grips I’ve ever had, which I like. The knurled grip is grippy. So we’re all good over here.

Doesn’t get much better
IMO these are the Best Grips I’ve ever used, and I’ve been using them for over 25 years.

Great MX Grips
Great MX Grips Just the Right amount of tackiness and expected wear with a highly used contact spot. Your hands ability to help keep you safe is contingent on your ability to hold onto the bars. These grips for us do the trick. Like the Kevlar grips but to me not worth the extra $ since these work great for less.

fit perfect feel good
nothing like a new pair of grips to make you bike feel new again!good grips. i like the feel a lot, medium hardness and comfortable grip pattern.i used the rubber cement type grip glue. and to help the grip glue work better i take a razor blade and cut in scratch marks on both the alum bar and plastic throttle tube. i make scratch marks in a cross hatch pattern, kind of like the pattern in a newly honed cylinder.

Great retro grips
I have been out of off road bikes for 20ish years, and ordered these to replace the large very soft sticky padded grips (I tend to squeeze soft grips and end up with sore forearms) that came on bike.Ordered these as they appeared to be same grips as was running 20+ years ago. They havent changed, very firm, small diameter solid grips that give good control. Also these are very close to OEM feel for older bikes. The price was fine, they DO fit 7/8 handlebars and 1 inch throttle (XR650R,) however shipping was slow leaving shipper and I agree with another reviewer that shipping a bit high for a small light item. From past experience with Renthal grips use Renthal glue or a certain unnamed automotive yellow weatherstrip glue, not other glues and especially not anything that dries hard.

The pros run these for a reason
Almost all the pros run Renthal soft half waffles for a reason. They're tacky, slim but still durable. Now that I've run these, I'm never switching. Make sure to buy renthal grip glue and install them per instructions. Safety wire is a good idea but not 100% necessary.
