This product is lovely! I have had it since January 1st 2024, and it's still holding strong! There are many adjustments to pick from, but the perfect toast is level 3! It's never burned my food! It's retro-looking and the cutest touch to my kitchen. Don't think twice about buying it! The slots are fairy wide which makes it easy to toast many things. Love love LOVE!

This toaster has far exceeded my expectations! Not only is it beautiful, but its toasting function works flawlessly, browning both sides evenly and perfectly, according to the chosen setting. In addition, the defrost function effortlessly thawed and then toasted frozen bread slices beautifully at the #3 setting. However, you may prefer a darker or lighter browning. Either way, you can be confident that this little machine will perform exactly the way a quality toaster should work. I'm just delighted with it and you will be too!

This is an OK toaster, color is great, and does a good job. I made the mistake on not making sure of the size, however. It will not take a wide piece of bread unless you scrunch it in, but then it comes out scrunched. I wish I had not bought it, but it does a good job with narrow pieces.

This toaster has a very high overall rating, which is why I bought it. I believe the reason for the high rating is that the instructions are very well written, and prominent. This prevents negative comments that are based on user error. Other toasters with lower ratings may be just as good, but may receive unwarranted criticism because they don't have clear "in-your-face" instructions on "how to use a toaster". For instance, if you are getting uneven browning, it's probably not the toaster - it's you.I really like the colour (light blue).I'm 98% satisfied with this product. My only criticism is that the current browning setting is difficult to see in the morning without glasses. I have to adjust the knob by feel.

Love everything about this toaster. At first I purchased the ivory color toaster because I didn’t realize that it was available in white. I have since ordered it in white and that one is stored for when our kitchen is finally renovated. The ivory toaster is being used (at least 2 years) and we are totally pleased. It’s rustic and it’s probably the best toaster that we have ever owned and used. It toasts the bread etc evenly. No issues whatsoever with burning food. The cancel button is easily seen so you can easily stop/pop up the item at any time. It’s worth the cost. One other thing, it didn’t take up nearly as much counter space as our previous toaster. Which, by the way, was still functioning when I purchased the ivory toaster and tested it out. The bigger toaster was swiftly put away/retired.
