VacmasterVP200 Chamber Vacuum Sealer

Just started using it but this product is amazing. It works so well out of the box. Also, it *does* come with quite a few bags, which isn't mentioned in the product description. Also, the manual seems to be written for a different product as it continuously mentions the “SET” button but there is no set button on the machine. However, it’s so easy to use the manual mismatch isn’t a big deal. The chamber is a nice size and the machine isn’t too big.

At first I was happy, then it stopped working. I mailed it back and a month later, I received a working machine again. I've only had it about 18-months and have only used it sparingly, yet it died again last week. This time, the pump seemed to be failing for about 10-cycles, then it stopped and I could smell burning wires. Total waste of almost $500. VacMaster should be ashamed of themselves.

I love my new toy! Unfortunately the lid broke at the hinge. Not from an impact - a small piece popped out during normal use. Seller referred me to the manufacturer. Manufacturer does not have a new lid to replace it, but is sending a used one. The unit still works and I use it. But my new toy is broken after just 5 weeks. The great price is because this product is a discontinued item.

The machine has issues with the seal, and it completely shut off mid-vacuum with meat inside. The vacuum time is longer than I anticipated; conventional sealers are faster.Ease of use and value for money is irrelevant if the machine breaks.WF

This is exactly what I have been waiting for. It is not too big but, has a surprisingly large chamber area and is light enough to move around when not in use. Worked flawlessly right out of the box. Ordered on Thursday the 30th and recieved Monday on the 3rd. Box arrived in perfect condition.I am very happy with my purchase and am glad I waited for this machine as it is much better for the home than say the VP210 probably would have been and at half the cost.

Bought this with a friend to split the cost of was a 90 guaranteeWe used it 3 times my friend told me it quit yesterday. He tried to use it a month ago& It made noise but didn't work so I guess we are just screwed I contacted the sellerWe were 20 days over the deadline they denied a request for any credit on another machineI asked if we could upgradable a more expensive machine and pay the differenceWARNING DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS THING IS A PIECE OF JUNK !!!And COOKING DEPOT won't stand behind it

This vacuum sealer is trash. It's already discontinued, parts are not available, and it doesn't even work in the first place.You can get a better vacuum package by sucking on a zip lock back.Might as well flush your money down the toilet.
