ZIRH Men's Skincare, PROTECT, Daily Facial Moisturizer, 100ml/3.3 fl oz

When I was still in school, I'd walk down the halls and some of the kids that had a more naturally moisturized face would say mean things like, "What's up Dryface? Haha!" or "Hey Dryface, the desert called, it wants its face back." Personally I never knew the desert had a face, but I got the gist of the joke, although it was very dumb and that kid is probably doing very little with his life today, unlike me, who's currently writing an Amazon review about a more expensive facial moisturizer product.Unfortunately for those mean kids with terrible name calling abilities, I took their advice and started using Zirh International Daily Face Moisturizer as opposed to another brand that might offer a different daily facial moisturizer or even a weekly, monthly, or yearly facial moisturizer. Why is this unfortunate you ask? Well those kids' girlfriends took notice of my well moisturized face and decided they'd (yes, plural) would rather spend time with me and look at my tropical rainforest of a face instead of the maple forest faces of their old boyfriends. In fact, my face was looking so moisturized with improved skin texture and elasticity, that those kids' faces started to look more deserty and people were calling them Dryface in the halls.Eventually this led to them losing all self confidence and later dropping out of school, but that wouldn't be the last I heard from them. Later that year, on prom night, as I was taking their ex-girlfriends, now my current-girlfriends to the dance (they were all cool with that, it was much like the relationship that Blake Lively had with Taylor Kitsch and Aaron Taylor-Johnson in "Savages" only the reverse - multiple females and one male).As you might expect, the Dryfaces weren't too happy with me stealing their girlfriends so when I had to step away from the ladies at the dance, all the Dryfaces teamed up on me and clubbed me in the head. I awoke tied to a chair with a heat lamp shining on my face along with another kid blowing a hair dryer into my face. At this point, all the kids looked like Two Face, their faces were so dry and unprotected. I could have easily escaped from the situation considering I own every season of "MacGyver" on DVD, but I chose to stick around knowing my face was PROTECTed and that the principal, Mr. Woodward, was having an affair with the librarian and they often met up in the same room I was tied to a chair in. Minutes later Mr. Woodward walked in and the Dryfaces were busted and sent to jail considering they weren't supposed to be on school property.Moral of the story: Don't be called Dryface, use Zirh International PROTECT.(As a side note, PROTECT doesn't have any sunscreen in it, so make sure to use a facial sunscreen product after applying PROTECT)

I have combination skin (Oily/Dry) in addition to having sensitive skin. This product does exactly what you'd expect...moisturize. There is no scent or heavy perfume and the product will last you through a work day. I have used other products that cost much more and don't deliver. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Zirh protect has been my go-to moisturizer for more than 10 years. I use another awesome product to wash my face (you can see my review of that) and use Zirh to moisturize and protect from the sun of Phoenix. Living in the desert can be hard on your face. You have the sun, the heat, and the dust. Even with all of that, Zirh protect lives up to its name. I recently went to my 20 year HS reunion and was complimented on having not changed a bit. While sounding over the top, I know that it's because of my continued use of Zirh.It's not the cheapest brand, but I'm happy to pay a higher price for higher quality. I've purchased other products (just to test them out), but found them greasy and unable to take the heat; it's disgusting when moisturizers get in your mouth. If you're looking for a product to protect your face from the wear and tear of the sun and the elements, then this is for you.

I've tried several competitors (Anthony, Kiehl's, MenScience, etc.) but have kept coming back to this for nearly 20 years. It's still the best balance of moisture, protection, and shine control on the market. People often guess my age a decade or more younger than I am. While Zirh the brand has had some ups and downs and the occasional shortage, this and their other products (I also use Restore, Clean, Wash, Rejuvenate, and Fix) have remained consistent. The stuff isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.Someone told me when I was young to take care of my face and it would take care of me, and they were right. This product has been key in doing so.

I never really cared for traditional aftershave products, so when I mentioned to my sister (who was working at Sephora at the time) that I wouldn't mind an unscented product that could keep my skin from getting flaky after I shaved, she suggested I try this. As a guy, I was initially somewhat putt-off by the price, but decided to try it anyway. I've been using it regularly (about once a week) for about 10 years now, and I'm only on my fourth tube. That should tell you how efficient this stuff is. It's a great product, is not sticky, oily, or strongly scented. It serves it's purpose perfectly without being obnoxious or irritating to the skin like some aftershave products.

I use Zirh products for years. Each tube of Protect, Scrub, Clean was packed in a box. The quality was good and smell pleasant. I used to buy Zirch products at Art and Shaving store. Then they stop selling Zirh, I've checked Macy's and Nordstrom, but they stop selling it too. I found it in the Beauty 360, but that store closed up now. So I've looked at amazon and found this. I've ordered Zirh Protect, but I've received a different cream in the similar tube with the same name: taller tube without an individual box, the product inside is completely different from the original Zirh Protect I was using for years: different smell and consistency. I'm not going to use this. I've asked Zirk if they make any changes to this product, but they didn't answer, only offered to buy directly from them. The seller PerfumesWorld - Amazon Marketplace was very polite and issued a refund.

Excellent product! A must have!

I was turned on to this moisturizer while buying some shaving products at Art of Shaving in NYC on a very cold winter day. Previously, I had never heard of Zirh but had tried many products for my face. My face gets very dry in the winter, yet every cream or lotion I tried eventually ran into my eyes and burned. This one does not. It's nice and think and therefore good in the winter, but I use it year 'round. If you don't want to spend the money on this product, try Nivea Soft. I use it for my hands, but it also works quite well on my face, though not as rich as Zirh.
