AeroGarden Rosemary Seed Pod Kit, 6, Green

So this'll be my 5th time planting the Aerogarden. Fresh herbs are cool to have if you cook a lot. If you don't then perhaps not so much. If I had one complaint, it would be that they seem to put Thyme in these kits a lot. News flash- thyme almost never sprouts, and when it does, it typically doesn't produce any meaningful amount of herb before dying suddenly. Just not a great herb for this particular product. This kit had both thyme and savory. Savory doesn't do so hot, either. The trick to these Aerogardens is to get a kit that's a few sizes larger than your garden- 6 pod garden? buy a 9 pod kit. So if one doesn't sprout, you have a replacement. Yes, they guarantee their stuff will sprout- I wish you luck with that. I was never able to get any traction to that end the time I had a whole kit that didn't sprout. If you're the kinda person who can't let this kinda thing go, maybe do something else.

I love these aerogardens so much I have two now...one to exclusively grow basil, and the other for more herbs. These gardens are incredibly easy to maintain, and there's nothing like fresh basil in the winter.I have had nearly 100% viability with the seeds only, and 100% viability with the seed pods. Just used these to start my planting again for the upcoming winter. In a few weeks, I'll have little sprouts, and a few weeks after that I'll start clipping leaves for my pasta dishes. FANTASTIC!!!Highly recommended!

Plant food doesn’t do much but the vegetables that grow from the seeds are beautiful and healthy

All the seeds germinated prolifically except parsley.

For the most part, I am satisfied. The kit did not have a savory pod, but instead had two oregano pods. Believe it or not, the one that we wanted the most was the savory, so we were somewhat disappointed that it was not in the kit.

This is my favorite seed pack. I’ve had several over the years and the herbs are the only one that consistently gives me 100% sprouts. So much fun to have fresh herbs and to try to figure out how to use them all.

These pods perform well. I've purchased this mix several times, and I r only had two pods nor germinate. Aerogarden replaced them at no cost. The basil and dill grow best and last a while. Don't be afraid to prune. Dehydrate or make pesto. The garden looks nice in the kitchen. Best placed so the light is not too brigh to the eye.

Use product for our Italian dishes ... it's basil

The pods were packed just fine. Planted them 30 days ago. No secrets for that, just place the pods in the right spots and add plant food when required. See the picture attached. Four of them sprouted within around 10 days and are growing faster and healthier than other basils I have planted in soil. However, two pods failed.

Be had several packages of herbs and they do grow well but not app pods seem to grow..no matter what the variety

I have so loved my AeroGarden for many years but my love is fading when it comes to the seed pods. Half of these pods didn't grow at all, and some were mis-labelled. Al of my care ended up with not much. I may just plant seeds in soil in the future.

Excellent customer service when I had two separate pods not grow. I contacted Aerogarden via their web site and packaging promise. The next thing I knew, there was an email of my order, and two days later, two replacement seed pods arrived at my home. I’ve got them growing I hope down in there! Also, I have been eating a bit of lettuce, using the Thai Basil already, and the thyme is almost ready, with the oregano hot on its heels! The best thing is my heirloom tomato plant has at least 3 buds coming along. See the pic!So easy to set up and use. The visual timer on the front tells me when I should change the water and when to fertilize. So easy for such awesome results!!
