Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Nut Bars, Dark Chocolate Peanut Almond, 15 Bars, 18 OZ

I am trying to add more protein to my diet and these help me do it. They are an easy breakfast or snack and it adds to my protein goal for the day. The taste is good, I usually eat them with a glass of milk. A better choice than a cookie. I’ve tried a few flavors and they are all decent, although my favorite is chocolate.

Nature's valley. Chewy breakfast bars. Dark chocolate with almonds and peanuts. Need I say more, really? Absolutely delicious and even a little nutritious! Only 160 calories per bar means I can have one of these as a quick afternoon snack or first thing in the morning with coffee.The quality ordered from this vendor was perfect. All the bars arrived in excellent shape and freshness. I will not hesitate to reorder these.As a side note, if you live in a tropical area, you may want to refrigerate them as this does not hurt the quality. However, if you leave them out in a warmer climate, they might melt slightly, but also doesn't harm the quality - it just ensures the chocolate will be slightly softer as will the bars. It's really a matter of taste.The value is outstanding. I highly recommend these treats at this price!

A nice assortment of nuts (types can vary) and somr kind of stuff to hold them together, all on a dark chocolate base to provide a boost mid-afternoon, say or start the day. There's a whole ecosystem of bars from the company to suit one's tastes.

This candy bar taste very good, is low in calories and the bars have a very good taste.The bars are great for a snack to go or if you just want to satisfy your sweet tooth.
