RYANSTAR Universal 2L Water Coolant Expansion Overflow Water Tank Reservoir Complete Header kit Aluminium Alloy Silver (Polished)

I installed this on a 1987 Fiero GT because the original container was plastic and was cracking due to old age. The replacement container is well built and clean on the way inside. I mounted it up, connected it to the radiator, added antifreeze and tooled down the road.

Took a little time to put in worked perfect

To small for my application. But would be great overflow

Two different fittings, one fitting you could push the rubber hose over and clamp it.The other fitting was metric which I had to go out and fine.Why could you not have two push on fittings ??

It’s not polished it seems to look like powder coated , still works great for the price but you just flush the tank before installing a lot of aluminum shavings from drilling and welding inside so make sure u flush before using it and damaging your system

It's definitely not polished as mentioned in the description or pictures. Also full of aluminum shavings that i will have to flush out. Not happy with it at all

Wish the mounting bracket was two wings or easier to modify to get it mounted and I wish it had a viewing hose or window to show fluid level.

First off the nipple in the neck isn’t threaded properly. It fell out when I opened the box. It’s full of unknown what looks like rusty nasty stuff in the bottom. It has stains all over the bottle that I’m sure won’t come off. I’m keeping it only because I have the ability to modify it and can afford to throw it away if I’m still not happy. If you take the risk of buying it after hearing all that it’s on you. Haha. Good luck.
