The products so far has been really good. I've just used it a couple of days and up until now its been one of the best Waist trainer I've used. It is also really helpful for back pain and keeping a straight posture. I am wearing not only to work out but also while working from home. Easy to set up, use and clean. I would say sizes run a little bit small. I order an M (I am usually between S and M) and it fits perfectly but I thought an M was going to be too big. Overall great purchase and would definitely buy again.

You need to buy about 2 sizes bigger than you normally wear.

Me gustó que es fácil de poner y no molesta cuando te mueves. La usé para entrenar y sudé bastante. Da soporte lumbar y no se enrolla. Buen producto por el precio.( mi esposo )
