Breaking the soda kick for a more healthy choice
Okay, on my second case of 500 True Lemon packets in less than a year, so yeah I guess I like it. I used to keep fresh lemons in the house, but the packets have proven to be a better value and wont dry out in a day in the fridge like produce, or just taste "off" like bottled lemon juice concentrates.I found these lemon packets helped me kick the soft drink habit in favor of a nice clean refreshing change without the sugar or chemical sweeteners. Interesting to note that although the company doesn't broadcast it, True Lemon is just crystalized lemon (citric acid, lemon oil, and non GMO lemon juice) and still contains the comparable level of vitamin C as the fresh fruit. They store and travel well making it easy to dump a packet or two into a water bottle, unsweet iced tea, or even plain bottled seltzer on the go. At home, I've also found them to be a shelf stable substitution for fresh lemons to add bright citrus flavors to cut rich dishes like risottos, or in other recipes calling for fresh lemon juice. Finally, while I haven't tried it, I imagine this would lend itself to being a great long term citrus storage solution for SHTF/disaster preparing if stored in an air tight container with a few moisture absorbers.

Excellent, but you will occasionally receive spoiled packs.
This is a great product. I try to drink zero or low calorie drinks, but I hate artificial sweeteners, stevia and sucralose etc., and I find plain water does not encourage me to drink enough. The True Citrus basic Lime, Lemon and Grapefruit sachets are excellent and do not contain any sweeteners - just some powdered oil and juice from the fruit, with citric acid, which helps protect against kidney stones. They make it easy to drink plenty of zero calorie water. They are also good in hot tea. Be aware of the acidity side of things for your teeth, but for me overall the health benefits from encouraging hydration and helping keep a healthy weight more than outweigh this.Note that I believe the basic orange sachets contain a little sugar, and some of their more processed drinks e.g. their lemonade range contain stevia (ugh). My positive review is for the "basic" lime sachets, lemon sachets and grapefruit sachets only. The sachets contain a powder which you mix into your drinks etc. Unfortunately, you will occasionally receive orders where the powder has spoiled and solidified into something resembling small pieces of plastic. Probably caused by improper storage or conditions during delivery. Check your order when it arrives - the sachets should all contain a powder which dissolves in cold water. They should not contain solid lumps. I recently received a 500 box of lime where all the sachets had solidifed in this way. The regular Amazon returns system would not let me return the box as it was a food product - I used the chatbot service and it refunded me. Looking at the reviews, others have experienced this problem too - I expect the manufacturer is well aware of it. I'm concerned what will happen the next time I receive a spoiled box, as presumably the chatbot system would flag repeated refunds. I'll still keep ordering, as it is an excellent product, but I might stick with the 100 sachet boxes rather than the 500 packs, to balance the risk.

Great product doctor and dietician approved
If you are on any type of restrictive diet these packets turn regular water into something with taste. Works well in pace of fresh lemon for recipes too. I was on a renal diet and both my kidney doctor and dietitian said these are good to add a little flavor into a pretty strict diet.

Arnold Palmer’s awesome tea drink & then a teeth brushing. Sooo good!
-So good. I made a double tea with honey to test it, as soon as receiving it. I took it sip before adding a lemon packet. THEN, I took a sip after adding a lemon packet. KABOOM! SO much BETTER. Yes, you get great flavor from ONE lemon packet in a DOUBLE cup of tea-“Arnold Palmer’s”: double tea: (green- both regular organic + decaf mix) with honey (good for teeth!) + 1 of these lemon packets MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Awesome good. The tea is actually better for your teeth without the citrus, so I have it both ways. But at least once in a while, or once per day I have LEMON tea, so much more wonderful, & just simply brush my teeth when I’m done. Such a simple price to pay for GREAT LEMON tea. (I would sip it all day until I learned that the acid does harm your teeth, so I had to change that)-Brush your teeth: that’s all you need to know to enjoy these lemon packets in a healthy way that doesn’t hurt you. Brush your teeth after having it, so you don’t leave acid in your teeth. Some tell you, don’t have citrus like this, because of the acid that will harm your teeth. I don’t agree, when the simple solution is just to make sure you don’t sip it all day, & to brush your teeth afterward. So simple & then you can enjoy it all you want with no harm at all-Convenient: I love adding fresh lemon to my tea, (& lime to my cilantro lime rice). But I can get so busy & it’s distressing to see the times I can lose track of my fresh lemons/ limes. I much rather deal with these little packets, & it’s the same great taste.-Nice powder: I saw other reviews complain of caked up or moist product. All the packets I’ve used had not had such problems
