This is perfect for the right space. I love the natural colors, and ther leather strips are great. Be aware that the weave is a bit loose, which is good for the casual look of it.

Great rug. Nice size, too. No smell, love the color. I use it in the kitchen, by the sink.

I never thought of leather for a rug but it is PERFECT. the colors are interesting but very neutral. It holds up to high traffic and is heavy enough to stay out without tape or a rug pad.For cleaning it will vacuum well and could easily spot clean. Although it just doesn’t show dirt!I love that I can have a runner that is durable but doesn’t look like a construction carpet.It holds up with my family of 6 plus a dog and lots of neighborhood kids running in and out.

I’m disappointed. It looks cool in the picture, but does not lay flat despite being on the floor for 2+ months. Also, the leather is pulling up in spots, so it looks sloppy. It’s only my husband and I (no pets) so it’s not getting abused. Too late for me to send it back.

The Safavieh Vintage Leather Collection rugs (8' x 10') and the matching runner (2'3" x 9') are very attractive, appear high-end looking and are of fair to good quality. The colors are a bit deceiving from its online appearance, but that's the chance you take buying online. I purchased the Grey. The supposed "grey" color rug actually looks more blue than grey. Also, the rugs have a lot of brown tones that I didn't notice online. The rugs don't have nearly as much "grey" as I would have preferred, but they don't clash with my living room furniture. They are still very nice looking rugs. However, I will probably move the rugs to another room in my home, if and when I find rugs that better coordinate with the main colors in my living room. I would buy these rugs again but in a different color. Overall, it's a good purchase and I would recommend to others. In regard to rug sturdiness, wear and tear after general residential usage (1 person & small dog), I will update this review in a couple of months. NOTE: If color matching is very important to you, buy the smallest size rug first to check and verify the color.UPDATE 17-Nov-2021: I still love my rugs, despite the unexpected colors. The rugs have proven to be very sturdy, still look new and are holding up well to daily wheelchair traffic, and my dog occasionally scratching her back. Also, the rugs are very easy to clean (big and little spills from Grandson and a sick dog) using light soapy water or spray carpet cleaner. I would definitely still recommend to others.

My second 9' rug ordered for now my second hallway. Absolutely amazing quality. I love the fact that this stays in place ON CARPET without a pad underneath. This runner is by far the best I've had.I also bought a 2 x 3. More than likely, i will buy MORE of the vintage leather collection in various colors.

It is so cute, a modern twist on a rag rug. It’s actually much softer than a different leather rag rug I have on the porch. Only problem is the dogs want to chew on it.
