Icebreaker Men's 200 Oasis Ls Crewe Base Layer

This is my second Icebreaker thermal, the last one is still going strong and has lasted very well. Although quite light it fits well, and is long enough to tuck in to trousers without it coming untucked all the time which is a problem I have with my Smartwool thermals. The Icebreaker ones seem to wash and last very well. They really do regulate temperature very well and I rarely get too hot in them. They only need washing once every 2-3 days depending on how active you are. I tend to wear a merino base layer pretty much permanently from November to March but I also use these as a base layer when skiing. I find that one of these with a t-shirt over the top and then a ski jacket is generally enough for me down to about -8c when skiing. Overall a good purchase that I will get a lot of use out of.

Bought for working in winter Norway conditions.Good points:- Warm- Marino wool has antibacterial properties and ensures that they don't get smelly after wearing for days on end!- Breathable- Material is feels soft and is comfortable to wear.Bad Points:- None I have encountered so far.

I'd heard all about this Icebreaker gear after watching some bloke in Antartica talking about his warm weather kit. Sick of being freezing on my bike, I decided to splash out. This top has mysterious properties; it sooks up sweat and does something with my smell... something magical.

Brilliant I wore this on a round the world trip for days on end not only did it look like it was fresh on every day it didn’t show signs that it needed laundering. Great fit plus warm and comfortable.

So comfortable, great fitting and most importantly so, so warm. This is a must if you want to keep warm. Can wear for days without need for washingI'm a 44" jacket and the large fits perfectly

I like finding items I can buy knowing they will fit the recipient. This isn't the first and it won't be the last I buy.

Quality, does what it supposed to do

I bought a couple of ice-breaker merino tips for my partner as he’s had them before and really liked them. Warm. Functional. Good quality (if a little pricey). Last for years. Breath. Don’t get smelly. Great for travelling. Look good.
