In the past battery cases really sucked. Wouldn't even charge your phone up halfway. I never liked them.This one has extremely high mAh and will charge your Samsung S10 TWICE all the way from 1%No kidding. I used this thing traveling and if you charge it all the way you don't have to plug your phone in all week if you charged it up all the wayDoes take a long time to charge though. 2 hours for the entire battery pack and the phone to 100%

This battery case is well designed. It does dual charging simultaneously when the phone is fit in. Things to note: 1. It needs the original Samsung charger, or a USB-A port in a charger to charge the case. The USB-C ports in a charger do not charge this case or the phone. 2. When using the original Samsung charger or a USB-A port in a charger, it always charges the phone to 100% power, which I do not prefer sometimes.I hope the future version will accept USB-C port charging, which is widely used nowadays.

WORTHLESS!!! Charges very slow. Gives warning message that the cable is not attached correctly. DO NOT BUY!!!

I bought this as a quick fix for my boyfriend's Galaxy 10 because his phone was damaged and its charging port didn't work well. It's slim (for a charging case), and it both does and does not have a jutting lip - the top & bottom do, the sides are a tad more receded than the screen, probably so your touches aren't interrupted. He hasn't dropped it yet, but it seems pretty secure though not impossible to remove/insert phone - it's just one big piece that you slide your phone into from an angle. It's matte black, kinda pliable, and its camera window doesn't obstruct as far as we can tell. These guys have a tendency to stop working under a year but we're not concerned because the price was fair, and as of now it's holding up great and his phone goes all day without needing to be plugged in. It dual charges when plugged in, prioritizing the phone and then the battery, the battery's lifespan is great and all you have to do is tap the back button to start a charge whenever you want. It does not detect your percentage and auto-charge, but it also doesn't continue to charge once full. Nifty little gadget.

Over the past month owning this case I have a few complaints.1: During charging the case will drop charge quite often. I had another case that did the same thing (different brand) so I'm not sure if this is a common issue amongst battery cases but it's really annoying hearing the ding of charging, just to have it ding again a few moments later. It doesn't happen continuously but randomly. (This eventually went away for me)2: The case is designed poorly around the camera area. When you take a wide angle photo you get black bars on both sides of the photo.Pros:1: It does charge, but not fast charging at least with my phone.2: The case seems to be durable. It has a few scratches from your basic handling ware. I haven't dropped it on a hard surface yet so I'm not sure how it would handle a hard blow.So in conclusion for the price it works... sorta. But if your looking for a long term case I would look at other brands.One year update: I have been using this case for almost a year now. The issue I was having befor with charge dropping randomly, eventually went away for me. For that reason I have increased my review to 3 stars from 2.

A little bulky, but can easily use this product without issue or complaint. Charges fast and is able to charge phone rather quickly too when it's near dead.

If I'm headed out for a long day, I'll charge this up and bring it with me to help recharge my aging Samsung s10e. It's not heavy, and it will charge my phone from 25% to full from inside my pocket. No clumsy wires, searching for a power outlet or guessing how much charge it has. For the price, I'd recommend this for anyone needing to charge on the go.
