works really well to remove urine stains and smells. Enzymatic cleaner is important to get rid of the ammonia compounds in urine and this does the trick. We used a UV light as Jackson galaxy recommended to find the urine spots and our cat eventually stopped peeing on the carpet. It's definitely worth a shot. That said, its a bit pricey and doesnt smell awesome. It smells a lot better than pee though.

With 3 cats 2 being unspayed females. They spray and pee all over my child's toys and bedding. And this stuff actually works! Stains just vanish. Smells go poof! It's absolutely fantastic!

I would have given 5 stars but it was supposed to come with 2 refill tablets and only has 1.--This is an amazing product! Works better than every one of the several urine stain & odor removers I've used. I will use it from now on and will raise my review to 5 stars if I receive the missing tablet from the seller.

neighbors of mine moved leaving multiple animals to fend for themselves. Another neighbor and myself did our best to find homes for as many as we could catch. I wound up with a young starving male cat who I took into my home that already contained one elderly cat that I have had for 15 years, 2 large black labs, 4 chi-wa-wa's and 1 about 30 pound fuzzy type dog. What I didn't realize was that "Georgie" the new cat,was not altered. At first I was just trying to get the new comer into the family and keep the peace. I had never had an unaltered cat or dog of any type before George an I didn't know that as he started to get a few months older that he would start "marking". And did he ever! Clothes left beside the bed on the floor he would spray, for some reason he loved to jump into the tub and spray around the drain, and both back and front door entrance ways he would get every night. He is a total indoor cat by the way if that means anything. I did not want any of the rest of my little group of critters to get any new ideas since this was the first in about 60 some years I have ever had to address this. I went threw every bottle of "stuff" made for this at the Pet Store. I don't care what it cost, or what claims on the front label where, nothing was making in roads with George. I did make an appointment to have him fixed but the date they gave me was literally 2 months out with the hope of getting in if any one else cancelled.No one did..Meanwhile I was still spending a fortune on other sprays. I was watching re-runs of the Jackson Galaxy show on TV and thought I would see what he used. Good old Amazon had it! When you live very rural, Amazon is literally my shopping center! So I tried the spray bottle with the two tablets attached! It worked! It really did!! I had to really clean and clean his favorite spots with a first time spray of the product and then really clean it again, but then with the second applications it worked on most of his spots. By the time the morning came to take him to his vet appointment, he was down to only hitting the bathroom tub drain, I have no idea why, but when he returned "fixed" that afternoon, from that point on he even left the tub drain alone. I am going to go ahead and order the 10 tablet package just to have on hand since I already have the bottle and I never know what or who I will be dealing with next!!

Hasn’t worked for me

My cat was in major distress" separation anxiety while i was on the road and ended up going on this carpet for 3 weeks. i tried orange stuff and others solutions but it was still there, that potent ammonia oder. I thought to give this a shot as Jackson seems to be an honest man. i just used one full bottle and distributed it even over the entire carpet. i’m going to let it dry and then check the odor and give it another bottle if it needs it but from the first sniff i was seriously impressed an only smelled the rod it from the bottle which smells refreshing and not like a chemical.seems to be a legit solution. good job Jackson!

I LOVE this product! it works on pet messes that are on the carpet, hardwood floors, tile, and it works amazing at getting dirt and other smudged things off of my walls. I was cleaning the floor and happened to see the dirt that was on the side wall, and thought that I would give it a try. It worked! I would highly recommend this product!

As other reviewers noted, there is only 1 extra tablet, not 2. The product description needs to be updated as it's not accurate. Due to the repeated false advertising, I wouldn't buy from this seller again. Next time I'll go directly to Jackson Galaxy's site to purchase.
