Update..so far so good..my husband takes one or two about twice a week and especially if very tired from long hours ( prob lactic acid buildup) and definitely if we eat something questinable on a cheat day...I take one whole daily as over time after my initial loading the quarter want enough...i do also put a quarter in our juicer blend at night..I t has been 3 months and i still only have 1 coffee in am...around 2 ( when i start gettin acidy) when i get that tired feeling i take 1 b.s..and its like ive had a cup of coffee w/out jitters!!we still use strips to monitor..as far as GOUT ..there was one day where we thought a flare was coming he took two..then later 2 ibuprofen. .then it went away..Very happy with product..will be over the moon happy if its the end of attacks!!...these are strong..please monitor ph...we have found after resolving abundance of acid that it takes less and less to maintain ph!...we all wanna be more alkaline, but very easy to get too alkaline!... personally ive found after a higher dose that 1/4 of a pill every other day does the trick for me...everyone is different so please get ph stripsBTW check urine at different times, i find best is early ( note first pee of day will be more acid typically ( body cleans up acid at night), mine is usually 5.5-6...instead go by second or third which for me is 7-7.5...then i either maintain or fall..if im near 5 by 5 pm a quarter dies the trick for meIts my understanding that if you have Not taken an alkalizer and you are alkaline that you could either be alkaline OR your kidneys have put out ammonia to counteract very high acid ( thats where Strong ammonia smell comes from.. thats why its important to monitor what Your body is doing throughout the day and also Dr sircus book was Very helpful! ! Also read up on folic acid being affected by b.s. and especially in NOT eating or taking too much calcium with this ( milk alkali syndrome)...Also NEVER IN A FULL STOMACH!LETS ALL BE SAFE AND CORRECTLY ALKALINE : )..that being said.. love love love these!Wayyyy easier than baking soda!Used for gout attack ( i will update as to how this works for drug free gout prevention)..will use on and off to maintain urine ph...these are great and inexpensive!## also make sure you are getting enough alkline foods and supplements like magnesium as well as good potassium foods..as your body uses these from your bones to alkalinize itself frim sugar meat dairy and rx' s!

Well there is something I have discovered in my research that would benefit all of humanity! This is huge! I try to tell people about it but I think most people don’t believe it. Back in April 2020 I came across a video by a Dr Robert Young on the benefits of sodium bicarbonate(baking soda). Two big statements were made. A human can’t have a viral, bacterial or fungal infection if there body is in an alkaline state! A human can’t have cancer in their body if it is alkaline state. So by taking sodium bicarbonate and neutralizing acids in the body prevents disease! So simple! I have been 7 tablets (650 mg each tablet) 3 times daily since April 2020 and I have had no infection at all! I am a retired pharmacist so I was constantly exposed to infections from our sick patients and before I would get sick! This sodium bicarbonate is amazing! Obviously this was hidden from humans by the evil people to make us take antibiotics and vaccines!I have read 3 books on the subject and of course lots of Internet research! The results our amazing! I've been using these for years and one bottle will last you months. I use them for heartburn and I used to use them as a pH balancing supplement.

I suffer from interstitial cystitis (also known as IC or painful bladder syndrome) and my symptoms are exacerbated by the acid level of my urine. This meant that I was no longer able to have my favorite foods like tomatoes, spicy food, coffee, and alcohol due to their very high acidity levels without suffering terrible pain. It is well known in the IC community that drinking baking soda (or sodium bicarbonate) in water can help reduce the acidity of urine, but of course the stuff tastes terrible and I didn't want to be peeing all day long after drinking a huge glass of it. I then heard about sodium bicarbonate in pill form. I first tried to get my doctor to prescribe it, but they had never heard of it. I didn't realize that you could get it over the counter until I started looking around on the internet. I first started using this product over Christmas (when there are a lot of bad food and beverages tempting me) and it worked like a charm! I was able to drink and eat what I wanted with NO consequences. This is something I could never say with using ANY other product I've tried. I had PH test strips that I used to test the PH level of my urine, and sure enough, even after wine and salsa, my urine was not only not acidic--it was alkaline! This is amazing to me and I can't tell you how happy it makes me. I do have to take 3-4 pills at a time for this effect, but according to the instructions on the label, you can take up to 24 in one day. That seems like a lot to me and I don't necessarily think that taking large amounts of this product every day would be the healthiest thing for you, but if you are someone like me with IC and you want to indulge in a "no no" food every now and then, I would absolutely recommend this product.
