I don’t know if this helps with vertigo,I’ll try it for that next time.I do know they help with nausea and within minutes.I have occasional vertigo and my Dr ordered Mylicon(for Gas) I laughed when he told me this but you know, it worked !!

I do not know I only buy them 1 pack at a time and it holds 30 lozenges.

It doesnt say gluten-free on the packaging. They don't contain wheat but use organic brown rice syrup.
