I am hooked on this seasoning! If you have never had Pilau Masala I suggest you look up a recipe and try it.

My fiance is from Kenya, and she missed some of the flavors she had as a child. Can't buy this at the local grocery. Good price, too.

Used it to make my best friend’s (Kenyan) pilau rice recipe:Chicken thigh with bonesNature Seasoning, Garlic powderWhite/Yellow Onion (1 whole)Grated carrotCilantroBasmati Rice (White)GarlicGingerTurmeric powderPilau masalaCurry powderChicken broth1. Cut chicken and spice with seasoning and garlic powder2. Cut onion3. Boil rice 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water4. Grate carrot5. Saute onion enough oil6. Add garlic ginger paste7. Add chicken let cook8. Half way add turmeric powder, curry powder, pilau masala9. Add grated carrots10. Add chicken broth11. Add cilantro12. Add rice and let simmer
