Wrist pain is gone!
Now I can use my mouse for long periods of time. Very accurate mouse, smooth, and works well. Thank you!

A good alternative to a standard mouse
I purchased this item because my wrist was bothering me from my many hours of computer work and gaming every week. The new position took me just a few minutes to adapt to and helped relieve my wrist pain within a week. I'm enjoying this mouse and I'm very satisfied with it.

Worked well for 2 years
Very ergonomic. No complaints for 2 years. After that, the scroll became glitchy (goes in opposite direction).

Great battery life, OK mouse function, mushy buttons, poor customer service
I bought this mouse as a replacement for a Logitech left-handed wireless mouse, which, alas, has died. A hard act to follow. The good: the rechargeable battery seems to last for ever and the basic mouse functions. are OK.The poor: the action of the mouse buttons is mushy. There's no tactile or audible feedback to indicate that the button has been successfully pressed. This is a big contrast to the crisp button action of the Logitech mouse. The bad: My computer doesn't see the mouse after a cold boot. It did not have this issue with the Logitech mouse. Only after I unplug the dongle from the USB port and plug it back in will the computer see the mouse. Several weeks ago, I wrote emails asking about this to the two different email addresses that came with the mouse but I have received no response. Very disappointing.

Some issues
I was excited to receive this mouse. It is comfortable, fits nicely in your hand, and is wireless. However, there are a couple issues I have with it that make it unusable.1) The buttons are reversed. This is easily fixed by swapping them in the mouse settings, but as an IT professional, I am always remoting into other machines and the buttons go back to being reversed. I can't deal with that.2) Having the buttons mounted at an angle causes the mouse to move when you click. It's simply because you're causing force against the mouse from the side. That makes it difficult to double click on icons. You'll just end up dragging it instead.2 Stars from me.

Weightless and flakey
This mouse is garbage. It weighs next to nothing, which sounds great, in theory, but in reality that sucks. The construction is cheap Chinese paper thin hollow junk. Plus, it reverses the button function and you have to tell Windows to treat it like a righthanded mouse every time you reboot, yes, even though it's a lefthanded mouse. Save your money.

It is a fine product, well made, good battery life, and ergonomic.
This not a complaint about the product. For my use, however, it was a little too large for my hand to be able to help my particular disability.

Click wheel stopped functioning effectively after 2 months
The mouse worked very well for a while, but out of the blue the click wheel stopped accurately functioning in less than two months of regular use, conveniently not long after the return window expired. I know it's not the most expensive mouse available, but I was expecting it to function longer than this.

Horrible Quality
Had this mouse for a little over a week and returning it. The left and right click buttons are displaying right click (left click in this case) options.

Not recommended
Good grip and ergonomic but bad clicks. Have to put extra pressure for click, which evades the purpose of ergonomic
