Great customer service
I thought the product was defective. And dragged my feet on returning it. The seller was very helpful and easy to work with. He issued a full refund and dealt with a lot of back and forth, and in the end I realized that it was Window's Defender blocking me from initializing the HDD since it happened with my replacement one from a different seller too. Class act seller.

Drive Part Number Accurate, but too old!
The drives looked to be in good shape, and the part numbers were as advertised. But, one of the date codes was from 2013.Probably "new" but too old for my use case and I didn't want to risk it.I didn't install and returned them.

These come with lots of hours already on them
Though the drive was not "new," it looked very shiny and new. It also worked a lot better in the RAID than the drive it was replacing, so I'll accept it. These are for people like us who desired this exact make/model to replace a failing drive in an older RAID.

Harddrive failed in first week and I returned with NO REFUND
I returned harddrive after 1 week of use. I never got reimbursed for this. I will take this up with Amazon. There is no way for me to contact the seller.

It's a OLD hard drive from 2015 that has Dell on it. Slowwwwwwwww. Don't buy this. Loser on day one!!!!

Il disco praticamente non funziona. Il Nas ha trovato sei settori danneggiati e l'ho rispedito al mittente. Mi premuro di aggiornare la recensione una volta che la vicenda è chiusa.

中古という事だったかと思いますが、稼働時間、電源ONOFF回数共に新同品でした。難を言えば、やや過熱気味という点です。ここは、PCの内部形状によるものも大きいので、9割がた満足のいく商品です。
