I have an auto immune disease that turns the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet carrot orange, very hard and thick with fissures that can sometimes be a deep as my finger laid down inside. This causes my hands and feet to be extremely sore and bleed. Nothing the medical professionals or the natualists have come up with has done any good and each flare up has just had to run its course. My last flare up started with a vengeance a few months ago and I have had to use coatings of medical strength lidocaine just to be able to put on a sock - walking was a nightmare and extremely painful. Not even large injections of steroids was slowing it down and it got more angry everyday.Long story short. I ordered this product on April 5, 2021. It arrived the morning of April 7, 2021, and I immediately washed the lidocaine off my hands and feet and coated them with this 40% Urea cream. The relief was almost immediate. I use the cream several times each day. I no longer have hard, thick very angry skin covering my hands or feet and all the deep open fissures on both are closed. I haven't used the lidocaine for several days and I am actually able to put on socks now. I have even been able to put some soft open shoes on!Each person and their situation is different, but for me it works and has been a miracle. It is a white, soft, light weight, gentle cream with no odor to speak of that moisturizes and is absorbed quickly. A little goes a long way so start with a small amount then add more as needed. I would definitely recommend it.

This is my miracle cream. I wish I’d known about it years earlier. A few nightly applications and my heels are smooth as silk!! It works so fast. I recently made the mistake of buying another brand here on Amazon. I’m not sure it did anything for my heels, but it did leave bright white stains on my bedsheets. This cream doesn’t stain at all.

OK, I used this regularly for a couple of months (it worked well softening callouses) then not for a while and when I went to use it again there were hard lumps in it. It still seems to work. I would recommend to just keep using it until it’s gone and don’t order more until you need it.

I used to develop thick, painful callouses on my feet that when left untreated would crack deeply and bleed. I finally had enough of the pain and saw a Podiatrist, who showed me how to carefully shave down the dead skin, then literally handed me a printed page from Amazon of this exact lotion and told me nothing he could prescribe would work better than using this cream regularly. I slather it on at bedtime and then put socks on. This keeps the cream warm so it absorbs better and also for safety since it is a bit greasy at first until it soaks in. My feet have never been softer and I haven't had a single crack since I started using this. I hope it's only temporarily out of stock since I hesitate to trust anything else will work as well.

In SoCal, we generally have low humidity. Since I'm an athlete, shower often and have callouses from running long miles every day or riding on the bike - dry air just makes my feet crack like a desert floor. You know the feeling when your heels hurt too much to walk on them? Yeah that. While watching a foot doctor show on TV recently, the doc recommended Urea lotion for a person's dry feet and callouses. So I started searching. As you know, on Amazon, it's often hit or miss that you find the right product. But after using Aquaphor other products with no results, I had to take a chance. After the Arroye Urea cream arrived, I used it last week and have applied it each night. I can't EVEN begin to adequately describe the crazy difference that it has made on my feet. It's like my feet have regenerated skin - although I know that isn't what's happened. But seriously, the change has been remarkable. There's a very light fragrance and - unlike Aquaphor - it absorbs so easily. I'm amazed at the results because my feet were a sock snagging train wreck. Just amazing. Also, when the package arrived, a sticker on the top of the container said that I was "Lucky!" and would get a free urea cream if I emailed my Amazon order number and address to the email address on the sticker. Honestly, it seemed like a scam but I took a chance after making sure the email address was legit. Within the hour I got a response back from customer support and said I would get my free Urea Cream shipped that day. Still skeptical, I waited to do the review until it came in. Sure enough, it arrived yesterday. Such great customer support and follow-through. I appreciate a company that honors their word. So thanks guys for a great product and excellent customer service. If there's one thing I would change is the label but really, it's what's inside that counts - and that stuff is awesome.

Have used this for little more than a week & I can tell you how terrific this cream is! Spent so many evenings grinding away on tough, hard calluses on my feet. No more! My feet are soft & smooth now. Will continue to follow the directions & will update thisreview after 2-3 weeks.Adding more for great results! Finished my first jar & already have my second.
