Some parts seems to be broken or not nicely done. The design the texture seems inaccurate. Not very good finishing. Even found some colours like green colour and black colour in small portions.

This is now absolute.
The Government of India has changed the features of this symbol. I am not aware about its usage in Vastu-Shashtra but it is now absolute for official use.
