Best purchase I’ve made in a while
The best honey I’ve even tasted it light a very sweet but not a candy sweet just a clean delicate sweet. Definitely worth the money is it’s big and tastes delicious. But it is definitely more of a gift then something I can enjoy regularly because of the price but definitely worth it. I wish there weren’t so many caps on the comb but other than that it’s amazing

Price is OK, tastes AMAZING
ITs a little pricey for the honey you get but its DELICIOUS. I didnt have any leakage as they did package it in a bubble mailer AND some styrophome

Papa Palermo Honeycomb 4-7oz pack
I love honeycomb, so I found Papa Palermo honeycomb here on Amazon and decided to give it a try and I really liked it so much that I now have purchased this probably 9 or 10 times and it's been really great, and the price was really good too at 25$ for 4- 7 ounce honeycomb plus it tastes amazing, so sweet and yummy and you get a really good amount but there was one time it had a lot of brood in it and got a refund but other than that it's been great and shipping has been great little to no leaking or anything busted because they do a great job on packaging it. But this last order was really light, and I was really disappointed because there was hardly any honeycomb it was very light and thin I could tell as soon as I took it out of the box, it's supposed to be 7.5 ounces each and it comes with 4 for about 30$ and they were under weight. On top of the price raising from 25$ to 30$.Nothing like the last that I've purchased in the past. Idk about you but I've noticed that things have declined in quality and quantity, your stuck paying high prices and getting less and idk if your noticing the very same thing so I just wanted to be honest here because I really have enjoyed Papa Palermo's honeycomb but if this is the way its gna be in quantity I will go somewhere else. I really hope this helps, I'm not saying don't give this a try because it is really good honeycomb and you will enjoy it if you are a fellow honeycomb lover like myself but as for me I will probably not be purchasing again unless it changes back to the way it was and I get what I pay for because the price went from 25$ to 30$ for less quantity, so no thanks. 😞

Excellent honey on the comb
Excellent honey on the comb. We ate this up quickly and it was a highlight seeing the honey in its natural state. We’ll packaged and a tasty delight

Yum!
I have told our children how I got to try honeycomb when I was a younger girl and so my daughter ordered this. It did not disappoint at all. It brought back memories, that is for sure.

Very poor quality comb, very leaky packaging, super blonde mild honey
When I received the package there was so much honey leaking out that I couldn't remove the plastic case from the styrofoam surrounding it. I had to soak the styrofoam under running water to dissolve enough dried honey that I could even remove it. The comb is in a clear clamshell package which does not seal or contain the honey, even with the plastic tape covering the seam. The honey comb inside was very low quality, with most of the cells uncapped, and most of the honey surrounding the comb rather than being in the comb. Both the wax and the honey is super blonde in color, which maybe that's what you like, but I was hoping for a more robust honey, at least like what you get at the supermarket. This could have been ultra-processed ultra-filtered honey or honey-flavored simple syrup for all I could tell, it was that weak in flavor and had no aroma. The comb's wax was crunchy, which was kind of odd, as I've eaten a lot of comb before and never had any be crunchy, and the wax was also super blonde, almost pure white.I'm not even sure that this comb section was ever actually filled with honey at all, because most of the cells were not just uncapped, but were completely empty. It looked and seemed almost like a section of empty comb without caps was dunked into a bucket of honey and then placed in the clamshell to be sold.Absolute worst quality comb I've ever had.
