Excellent product, but read small print for size compatability.
I got this to use with the Clover Mini Iron, as it looked better shaped than the tip that came with iron. Unfortunately I did not notice the tip was for "Mini Iron II", and the iron was labelled "Mini Iron". Who would have thought the tips were not interchangeable? This tip has larger diameter shaft so will not fit the iron. However a few moments in my lathe and the tip was small enough to fit. Probably my fault not noticing small print - would otherwise get a 5 star.

Great addition to the clover unit
I waited a long time to purchase this, but finally decided that it would make my sewing and crafting so much easier. I make doll clothes for 14" and 18" dolls. Pressing tiny sleeves, etc is a nightmare, but not anymore. So glad I finally decided to hit the "add to cart" button.

The Mimi Iron II adapter tip (#9103) is ONLY a piece of hardware that you put into the Iron; it is NOT the iron itself. I made this error, thinking I was ordering the Mini Iron II, not being familiar with this item and the terminology of it. The Mini Iron II is available, and the best price you'll find is on Amazon. You use it to iron very small piece of fabric when you are piecing a quilt top, that a regular-sized iron is too big to get into the little crevices, and of course any other project where you need a small iron. You can buy an iron with all the tips with it, or you can buy just the iron and whatever tip is on it, or you can buy separate tips. Search for the lowest price, because I have seen this item priced way, way too high. Don't pay more than $20 for this item - maybe a little more if it has all the tips with it. I don't feel I need all those tips. Be careful that the item you buy does not say Adapter tip, if you're wanting to buy the iron itself.

Works as described!
We bought this just to apply seam tape to a canopy. The tip allows us to apply the tape as required and is the perfect width for the tape. Quality product for a good price.
