Sturdy and markings are accurate
I needed a larger paper trimmer for 12 x 12 paper and cardstock. My current one was about 8 inches long. The ECraft Board offers the ability to trim larger sizes of paper as well as cardstock; plus scoring for both paper and cardstock. Very handy that it can be folded to store. The slides to lock in the open position are sturdy and holds it well - does not wobble when using. There are inch ruler markings at top and bottom in 1/16 increments. Centimeter markings are on one end just under the ruler markings. I found the ruler markings to be accurate when cutting and scoring. That I can cut and score with the same 'tool' is a plus for me. If I could add one feature to this product, I would add something that could be used as a stopper that would fit in the cut line; so that when I score, there would be something to have the paper rest against to keep it from going past the cut line.

Nice product and priced right.
All in one trimmer and scorer. I bought a small paper scorer before but it would not take a 12x12 sheet of paper. It is handy that I can trim then score without having to swap out tools. As a beginner, the price was also a factor as I did not want to spend a lot of money on a new hobby.

Exactly what I needed for small projects
This little gem does fantastic work on little jobs. It's not an industrial paper cutter. However, for the price, I love it!The upside: It has both inches and centimeters for measuring (and you need to make sure whatever you choose has the measurements you want). It gives a nice clean cut. The grooves are great for scoring paper for folding and it comes with a scoring tool. It folds in half so it's easy to store and very portable. The downside (which is why I gave it four stars): you need to make some practice cuts to determine the speed and pressure that work best, otherwise it will tear the paper instead of cutting it. I can't cut more than two regular pieces of paper. I can cut cardstock but only one at a time. This is a perfect product for a scrapbooker or someone who trims photos and cards. It's a good buy.

Love It!
I'm so pleased with this purchase. I love the way it trims paper and you can score with the same board. The price was excellent. If you're looking for a paper trimmer give this one a try. It's easy to use, lightweight and easy to store. I would definitely buy this again.

Edited: Frustrating - Inaccurate measurements
Edited to say that the measurements don't show below 1 inch. They aren't marked. But if you measure from the 12 inch mark, everything should work out. But, the score marks still don't line up on some of the inch marks, which means you have to shift the paper over slightly and when you fold, they don't always line up.I originally gave it one star, but have adjusted my review slightly.Original review: It says it's 12 inches wide, but it isn't. I measured it with a ruler and it only measures 11 1/4 inches wide. To score 12 x 12 paper, which is one of the reasons I bought it, I have to measure and mark the paper first with a real ruler. Also, the score marks don't line up with some of the inch measurements. If you want to score right at 4 inches, you can't. There isn't a score mark there. It will have to be just short of or just over 4 inches.I'll probably keep it, since I needed something to score paper with, but I would NOT buy it again.

Scoring board/cutter is real deal
I have a small score board but needed a larger one for my bigger projects, this fits the bill and having a slide cutter included is a bonus as I often cannot locate my small cutter in all my clutter. Storage is made convenient by the folding capability and when open it locks securely into place. I will definitely recommend this to others.
